"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant that I have been going to for over 20 years. This will be my last time. I had to explain my order to the person over the phone three times and he confirmed it, but then he gave me attitude the entire time. I had a similar experience with the same person before, so I knew something was wrong. After waiting for an hour and a half, my order still hadn't been delivered. When I called to check the status, I once again received attitude from the same guy. Finally, the delivery driver showed up with the wrong order. He was very nice and offered to comp me, but I still needed my order. It would take another hour and a half to get my order, so I decided to pick it up myself. The manager didn't seem to care much and it took another hour later to get my order. Despite the discount I was given, no one seemed sincere about the situation except for the two delivery drivers, especially the older one. After this experience, I have decided to find another place to order from. It is disappointing that the customer service at this restaurant is lacking, and it reflects poorly on the whole team. The only positive aspect was the pleasant delivery driver, who is the reason I continued ordering from this place. I hope that the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service, especially in these challenging times for businesses."

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent and very friendly. We ordered 40 pizzas for delivery and everything was spot on and tasted delicious! I highly recommend this place.

Pizza, bread, salads, dessert....All delicious! Prices are terrific. Food is prepared quickly. Also, the first time we ordered a Medium pizza and they accidentally made a Large. They gave us the large upgrade for no additional charge. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

Carlos on southriver really bangs out some good food quick and cheap. Not sure on delivery as I pick it up, but if something is wrong or delayed they usually make it up to you by giving you a free pizza and salad/dessert. The management really knows how to appeal to customers. Voir le carte

Ordered from here yesterday. It was a fairly large order. Among the order I requested an XL BLT pizza. I was having a party. I opened the box and found a bacon pizza. No lettuce, no tomato, no mayo. I was soooo looking forward to that BLT. Disappointed. Also, the 4 cheese bread sticks were over cooked and dry.

Listen, I'm not trying to criticize other locations because they're probably great too. But not all places are exactly the same. Take Carlo Bread in South River, for example. It's truly a dream come true. The bread is messy, buttery, perfectly seasoned, with a crispy crust and soft insides. The sesame seeds add a special touch that keeps me craving it daily. But let's not forget about the pizza - it's also amazing. Their Detroit style pizza is a classic, and if they offer you butter Parmesan on top, you definitely say yes! I mean, who would say no to that, right? And the staff are always friendly and enjoyable to interact with. Always.
