"Absolutely amazing. I had two tacos chorizo, chicken) and a chicken and rice plate. Their rice is wonderfully flavorful only missing small bits of potatoes in my opinion). My wife had their crazy fries. The crazy fries came with steak cut into mini cubes that were perfect for the res of the food. The cheese was plentiful but balanced. And of course the fries were fresh. I've never liked crazy fries, but these were delicious. Soda is only available in cans $0.99 each at the time of writing), but I personally prefer to drink craft soda when I eat something special had a sour cherry soda that was excellent with this). The service deserves it's own place in this review. As good as the food was, the service surpassed it. Staff were friendly open to questions and knowledge able of the menu. Even as a first-timer eat comfortable taking my time and asking questions about the food. They have a decent selection of meats various chicken, beef and pork) for their various menu items making the seemingly limited menu much larger than you might expect. The cheese dip is some of the better cheese dip I've had. Not quite like Avocados' but just as good if different. The outdoor seating currently available is heated and tented so it's not uncomfortable, but it did seem like most wanted theirs to go. The chicken tacos are addicted to the taste is spot on. I love everything I've tried so far. Not a Taco Bell this food is truly Mexican best!!!!

Couldn't be happier with either of Carlos' locations! I finally don't have to go to Memphis for a good Torta! foods good, service is fresh, fast, and friendly cant beat Carlos tacos

It's what you're craving! Great food never had a bad meal and order from here often. The birria tacos are my favorite but the tortas are excellent as well. The people who work here are equally great!

Wow. First time eating here tonight. Awesome. I got a burrito con el pastor y chorizo and not only was it the size of a bus, the flavor could punch a hole in a water tower. 5 stars from me ????? About to start serving CHALUPAS and they are awesome!! Voir le carte

My husband and I were exploring the Crowley's Ridge scenic parkways when we saw Carlos' Street Tacos and More. I ordered the burrito and asked the gentleman taking my order to fix his favorite. It was wonderful! And huge portion!!! I ate half for lunch and finished it for supper. My husband ordered the beef street tacos and loved them. Will definitely go back the next time we are in Paragould.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I spent $35 on 6 Barbacoa tacos, one kids taco plate, and nachos with fajitas and steak. My first order was messed up, but they were very understanding and fixed the problem. However, the food tasted old, rotten, or just generally off. I decided to give them another chance, but the food was still not up to par. The tortillas seemed burnt, the limes were dry, and overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of the food for the price I paid. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
