I really appreciate that I can customize the Beyond burger, a plant-based option, to be vegan by skipping the dairy-based cheese and mayo.

The double western bacon cheeseburger was exceptional! I love the bbq sauce. Highly recommend ordering the combo with onion rings. It's worth the extra few bucks.

They have a new set of employees that are very hard workers and make delicious food. Before, like 8 years ago, my orders were always messed up. I recommend it now! Voir le carte

The only employee at the drive-thru was a girl, and we were the only car in line the entire time I was there. Unfortunately, she gave me the completely wrong order. What a surprise!

One of the best fast food experiences I?ve had in ages! The staff was warm, efficient and clearly worked well as a team. The restaurant was as clean as one could ever wish for. A child spilled their drink and the staff were on it moments later. I alsoappreciate that they have the Impossible meat for us vegetarians! Job well done!

Absolutely! It was around dinner time when I arrived, and the sunset looked like an orange ice cream soda. There was a line at the drive-thru, so I decided to park and check if the lobby was open. I was delighted to find that it was! I walked right in and grabbed my iced tea while wearing my mask, completely bypassing the line. Paid $10 for two food items and was denied an extra ranch. Absolutely ridiculous not only was the employee rude but I got jalapeño poppers that should come with sauce. I have never been denied condiments or asked to pay an additional dollar forsauce at any other Carl?s Jr. I will no longer be coming to this location. There was no signage regarding additional chargesfor condiments and I was paying in cash, seems like your employee was trying to pocket the cash.

I would give this place fewer stars if I could. I ordered two Famous Star with Cheese combos, and both burgers had mold on the bread. Yes, MOLD! The fries were stale, which is common at many places, but the moldy bread was absolutely disgusting. I called the restaurant to inform them, and the staff was defensive, insisting I must be mistaken because they supposedly check their bread daily. I'm literally looking at the mold on my burger! The woman on the phone then abruptly said "okay" and hung up on me. Extremely rude. This is seriously unsanitary and poses a health hazard.
