"I went to this location to pickup a grub hub order. I went into the restaurant and went to the bathroom really quick then headed to the counter. I waited quite a long time till someone came up to help. While I was waiting, the fries for my order were sitting the whole time so all I asked when I got help was to make sure they were hot, so either they needed to be dropped again or not I wasn’t sure. The lady in the back gave me attitude saying “if it was bagged then they wouldn’t have been able to do anything,” which is understandable and I’m fully aware (I’ve taken over 1,000 deliveries by now). I told her that I knew, but because I was waiting that time to receive help that if my fries for my customer weren’t hot then if they could be remade. Like I said, the fries may have been hot, so all I did was want to make sure and got yelled at with an attitude in return."

Sign on the door shows the dining room closes at 10 PM. I tried the doors at 9:10 PM on Wednesday and they were locked.

We were the only ones at the drive thru and no one inside and we had to wait 20 minutes for our food and then the order was wrong

make sure they double check the order. I love eating carls, but the hired ones working here are very ineptic. especially for the drive thru.

I consider Carl's Jr one of my favorite burger choices in the southwest region. In the midwest Hardies. The food was tasty as always. The 3 women up front talked more than worked...the subjects at hand were extraordinarily of poor taste.

Says they close at midnight. This may be the time they pay their workers to close but this is apparently not the time they so taking orders. Not sure what that cut off time is but it's before 1130 which is when I arrived and was told, Sorry, we're about to close and aren't taking orders They should shut off the lights and update their hours to save us all the efforts.
