"My wife and I were told that we just had to try the Carrot Tree restaurant. So we tried the one in Williamsburg. We were seated pretty quickly, but it was almost a full ten minutes before anyone came by to even ask if we wanted anything to drink or perhaps a menu. Again, after about ten minutes our waitress showed up. It was a bit confusing because the place was NOT overly busy. There were many empty tables. Eventually we ordered. My wife ordered and omelet and I ordered a burger and fries. Burger to be cooked medium. My wife said her omelet was fine. Just fine. Nothing to write a review about. Ha. My burger was cooked well done and there was absolutely nothing extraordinary to it. No real seasoning and it was dry and only warm. My fries were greasy. We were underwhelmed by the service and the food. We see no reason to return."

Food is good, but today I got a brie and turkey omelet......was filled with a package of turkey and barely a slice of brie....my side of potatoes wasn't fully cooked either....alot of money for

I've heard a lot about Carrot Tree's famous cupcakes, so I decided to give one a try. I chose the carrot cake cupcake, but unfortunately, it was dry and lacking in flavor, almost like eating a bran muffin. I think I'll skip the cupcakes from now on.

Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Had to remind the server repeatedly of our orders, even so we got the wrong flavor of hot tea. My quiche was very small and big pieces of cheese were on the bottom rather than mixed in with the egg mixture. My husband had a wrap and it appears to have made him sick.
