Catch was amazing, celebrated my wedding anniversary last night. I just want to thank everyone there last night for your hospitality, we felt absolutely welcomed and special. Delicious food and a very lively atmosphere especially at night. Our waiter pointed out to us that after 8-9pm it begins to get very loud to the point where he has to shout. Just a little heads up for anyone. We came for lunch another day and it was very quiet and calm. However, other night experiences have been very enjoyable as well. Food was very good and the service at the table was also decent, the guy out front was friendly. On the other hand it took almost an hour to get our table, impolite vapid ‘welcome desk’ hosts and a complete disregard for the customer or the value of their time. Will not be returning and in a market as competitive as New York I can’t see this one surviving when they seem more interested in cheap influencer marketing than creating a quality experience. Last nite my friend and I celebrated both our birthdays at Catch NYC. We had a great time at dinner. We planned on ending our birthday celebration at there club. Which is right above the restaurant. Our waitress along with the young man that escorted us to the elevator, Told us we can go downstairs to the front and get our hand stamped to into the club.
