We eventually managed to order a carafe of wine. When it arrived and we tried to understand the menu she was so rude and arrogant we eventually got up and left. I have no intention spending my hard earned money with some entitled waitress who had no idea of customer service … The only silver lining for this establishment is that they have probably never heard of trip advisor .. I felt really bad for the the young man clearing tables and trying to assist, but the only waitress working was so rude and kept shouting at him. When we left and tried to pay for the few sips of wine we had, the owner felt so bad she told us not to worry."

Very unfriendly welcome. Long wait to be told there was a table then there wasn’t, then there was and then it was only limited menu. The lack of acknowledgment, smiles and info was appalling. Awful place. Voir le carte

At first glance it might seem like a place for tourists like many others on the lakefront, but the kitchen is really special and ideal for lovers of good food. Beyond the road, there are some tables in a tarrazza with a wonderful view of Lake Como. Pretty expensive.

We were very disappointed and felt not welcomed. We came short after opening, only one table was taken. We sat us by table without any note about being reserved. Service lady (older lady) came shouting no, no, no! And spilling drinks she had for the other (only) customers. Then she said pissed no, reservato . We left without any apology or offer to wait to be seated or similar. We chose other place to eat, and on our way back there still were tables free. We do not understand how we deserved to be treated like that. We had nice clothes and all. Horrible and downgrading.
