"Soooo good!!!! Really delicious food. Would seriously eat from here daily if we lived closer. "Curry Hyuga had long been on my culinary radar, and today, I finally had the chance to experience it. The occasion arose as I needed to pick up my partner at SFO later, and given the mere 10-minute drive from the restaurant to the airport, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to satiate my appetite and make the most of my time, rather than aimlessly circling around the airport. Conveniently, there are numerous public parking lots scattered throughout the town.The restaurant opens its doors at 11:30 am, and I arrived promptly at 11:25 am, only to find a queue already forming outside, as depicted in the photo. The attentive server, Yuki promptly greeted each customer and kept my water glasses filled, setting a positive tone for the dining experience.Opting for their Signature Curry Rice Entree, which features their caramelized onion curry accompanied by shredded cabbage, creamy potato salad, and Fukujin pickles, I decided to elevate my meal by adding Chicken Cutlet Katsu Curry with Chicken Karaage as additional toppings. To my amazement, my order was delivered to my table in a mere 3 minutes, which left me thoroughly impressed. Curry Hyuga's standout feature is their incredibly tender meat, perfectly complemented by their mouthwatering curry—a true masterpiece with Kanazawa-style sweetness and richness that sets it apart.To further customize your dish, they offer a selection of five different spices: Ichimi Togarashi, Jalapeno Pepper, Pequin Pepper, Wiri Wiri Pepper, and Orange Habanero. I had the pleasure of sampling all of them, and personally, I found the Wiri Wiri Pepper and Orange Habanero powder to be standout choices. Their spiciness elevated the curry to a whole new level, complemented by the unique fragrance of the peppers."

"We booked this place ONE month ahead and it's totally worth to wait. I've heard that this place is hard to make a reservation, so we expected to have to wait a long time, so please be prepared for that. Yoshi sang is very nice and so patient, he knows well about all Nigiri, you may ask anything about Nigiri. All ingredients a very simple but fresh, all the cooked mothed contains the freshness of fish. This place is the best of the year for me."

"Vraiment la meilleure nourriture chinoise de ma vie! Le toast aux crevettes était aromatique et les flocons extérieurs. Les crevettes lo mein et les crevettes épicées aux arachides étaient également de bons plats. Notre serveuse a réussi à ne pas faire les deux plats chauds mais à garder toutes les saveurs. Même le thé était parfumé et incroyable. Nous reviendrons."

"Nous nous sommes assis dans des sièges extérieurs et la configuration allait bien. La distanciation sociale était suivie et les PPES étaient nécessaires. Le personnel d'attente était attentif. J'ai adoré les options et a décidé de mélanger un gâteau de crabe, des chips de gnocchi rnocchi rnocchi bruxelles. Vous avez encore de la place pour dessert! Juste juste comme ils étaient toutes petites plaques. Nous avons passé des ressources humaines à rattraper et nous avons apprécié l'espace, la nourriture et le service. Super endroit pour une réunion"
