Great pizza and big cookie. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. It is located in a gas station/convenience store, but don't let that deter you.

This hole in the wall pizza place is amazing. Food is always fresh and hot. If you order delivery don’t worry your food will be on time or early in most cases when I have ordered.

Simply pulled into the neighborhood and ordered today. The person who was delivered was super nice! Pizza was great! I ordered a grilled chicken, mushroom, spinach pizza. Can't wait to try their other articles. I'll return. Voir le carte

The food was absolutely delicious! We had cheese sticks and a cheesesteak that were both outstanding. I even went inside to tell them how much we enjoyed it! The staff was extremely friendly, and the owner personally came to our car to bring us menus, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Let's support local businesses!

We absolutely love the cheese bread—it’s a must-try! The last time we visited, Tony prepared our order, and it was the best we've ever had! The staff is incredibly friendly, and we really appreciate that they still offer delivery. The owner has personally delivered our pizza a few times, which is a nice touch. Great service overall! I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Chanello's... There was a mishap with my order. (Maybe) my fault I am unsure but instead of questioning me or making me feel bad, they just sent me another pizza. I tried to pay (unsure) incase it was myfault, but they were not having any of that. I got off the phone speechless and said I will order pizza nowhere else bc of howamazing they were. Thank You Voir le carte

I don't know if they were trying to make things right or if they gave me someone else's pizza but this half-done bbq chicken thing I received instead of the cheese pizza I ordered is not good. Kudos on the attempt if it was that. Going forward, ask howbefore attempting to make it right. Acknowledgment of an error goes a long way. It was the first error I've experienced here soforgiveness is easy.

I absolutely love this place! Placing an online order is a breeze, and the delivery is quick. I've had some disappointing experiences with Papa John's and Domino's — once, my order took two hours to arrive and in another instance, it never showed up at all, forcing me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Chanello, on the other hand, is a top-notch establishment. I highly recommend skipping the big chains and choosing Chanello instead. You won't be disappointed!

We ordered a thin crust pizza and it came looking like this. Everything was slid to one side. I called asking for another pizza and they were very reluctant to give me any compensation. I called the manager and never got a call back from him. I wasn?ttrying to be picky, but the lady who answers the phone stated it was because it was a thin crust and that it wasn?t the driver?sfault. I had ordered thin crust before and it never looked like that. So regardless of who?s fault it was, that was anunacceptable pizza. I will sadly not order from them again. The pizza itself just tastes average. No NY style pizza for sure. Voir le carte
