Our waiter was really helpful and made some delicious suggestions. The pizzas were larger than I expected and really good. We happened to be there on open mike night which was a great surprise. I will definitely go back. Very comfortable and good.

my friend and I had a nice dinner. we share several appetizers that were all delicious and not even needed entrées. the ambiente is intimate and the place is well furnished. I can't wait until they can have live music, and they just have their alcohol license.

We never ever got our food. The waitress waited over 20 minutes after taking our order to actually put it in. Then the manager didn't even apologize for such bad service. The last time we visited at 7:30 we were told they were out of pizza. There's nothing else on the menu. Voir le carte

Char’d in Hamilton has great food. Can someone help them manage the restaurant? Sitting here for an hour waiting for pizza- There are two people cooking and one wait staff for 12 full tables. Now they’re turning people away ‘cause they can’t keep up. It’s Presidents Day weekend- can someone let the owner know?

They were understaffed the night we went. Luckily, we had no place to be because pizza and a salad took an hour and forty five minutes. The food is excellent and the people are really nice. Love the olives and harissa, all of the pizza choices. It would be great if they could get organized, hate to see them leave.

Enjoyed my first visit to Char’d City. Their homemade apple cider and berry lemonade were surprisingly excellent. Both were a big hit at the table. Our Stromboli was excellent. Our pizza was very good. I thought the dough was a little tough, like it had been overworked or over handled. Taste was excellent though. Will be going back. Voir le carte

We were there on a Sunday night and it was very quiet. The food was very good. We shared an arugula and prosciutto salad which was excellent, fresh and perfectly dressed. We also had a Mediterranean pizza which was also quite good. The crust was light and crisp, toppings were a nice compliment. Service was good and staff personable. I will definitely return.

there at 6:00 am on Friday 2/4/22. it took almost 15, to take our order. spargelteller and pommes eat cold. wings were ok. the pizza was not put in the many by 6:55. 20 minutes after I got my wing. so our 30 minutes were apart. we were the only ones in the restaurant. thoughts in home customers would be a priority. when we put our concerns to the expression that the woman we spoke with has uncovered us. if someone would come to us, then for the first time in my life we didn't leave a tipp.

Love the pizza and the ever expanding menu (will need to try the non pizza items soon). However, the service was spotty; took a while for our orders to be taken, and then they came out a different times. It took an extra long time to get the bill, when it came it was incorrect, so we had to wait again for the right one. Don't know if the issue was the server (who was great just may have been overwhelmed) or something in the kitchen. Again the food and ambience are great really hope things settle down on the service side soon. Voir le carte
