I been to cheddars 3 times in the past 5 months I had the ribs and shrimp it has been awesome all three times I love this place I come from Pennsylvania just to eat here. I was there around a year ago it was terrible I gave it another try glad I did staff is great. Bathroom can use more attention and some air freshener installed

On multiple occasions I have put my name and number down on a wait list for them to not text me back. When I go to check if a table is ready after waiting double the amount of estimated time, every time they say they texted and got no response so they took me off the list. I have even used other phone numbers and it still happens. The host/hostess also seemed very irritated which didn’t help. Voir le carte

We went for a late dinner. Our bartender and waiter was Dane. He waited on us promptly. He was very nice and attentive. We had potato soup for our appetizer and it was so delicious! Shortly after, our food came out. Everything was hot and tasted homemade. Dane was hustling around waiting and delivering others their food but never forgetting about us at the bar. Cheddars has gone down hill exponentially over the years. I worked at this Cheddars for 4 years in college and the service they provide now wouldn’t have been tolerated 10 years ago. If you place a carry out order for curbside pick up then prepare to wait a half hour after checking in and when your order should be ready. Their management is a joke at this point, and their customer service is nonexistent. When we called to inform the manager we still don’t have our order after waiting 20 minutes … – show

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was incredibly friendly, and the portion sizes were generous for the price. The food was absolutely amazing. So far, we've tried the Monte Cristo, chicken pot pie, ribs (which were decent), and the bourbon-glazed salmon for our main courses. For appetizers, we enjoyed the cheese bites, and for dessert, we indulged in a massive chocolate cake sundae that was so rich you definitely have to share it! We were so pleased with everything and found it all delicious. This has become our new favorite spot! Voir le carte
