The order in which orders are taken in the lines is ridiculous. Nothing like sitting in the left lane for 15-20 minutes, while the right lane cars placed orders, paid and were out the line before I could even place an order. If it's too cold for your workers to be outside, then pretend it's Sunday and close your business vs. servicing ONLY the right lane
