Shockingly, they then demanded payment to return our dog. What kind of heartless individuals would treat a family this way, especially around the holidays? If you want to be part of a community, you should act like a good neighbor, not exploit people in their time of need. Disgraceful!"

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. The owners found my family's dog but didn't bother to call the number on his tag or contact us using the lost dog signs posted throughout the neighborhood. They kept the dog for at least a week before we were fortunate enough to find out. A kind passerby noticed the dog inside the shop and alerted us. When we first approached the owners, they were evasive until we showed them the photo that the Good Samaritan had taken. They then demanded money to return the dog. What kind of heartless people do this to a family, especially around the holidays? You want to be part of the community, but this is how you treat your neighbors? Unbelievable.
