Busy day waitress really didn't pay much attention to out table. We had to ask for more drinks. She only came past once. We really miss the one on McKnight Road. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

All of their burgers come out like charcoal. Managers calls guests the b word. Super fake atmosphere. Overpriced. Dirty. Cooks don't wear gloves. Everyone is over worked and underpaid so they can't keep a steady crew. 10/10 don't recommend to anyone I care about.

Great food. Chicken and waffles are delish! Service was not great for lunch on a Saturday, though it looked like they were understaffed, maybe someone called off. This is a decent place. The burger was a bit small, but tasty. The service was quick and I didn't have to wait long. The staff was friendly and helped us with splitting the check. However, the major issue was the lack of public WiFi. I prefer having internet access when dining out alone for work.

My boyfriend and I visited Chili's and had a very disappointing experience. I have no complaints about the staff; they were quite decent. However, I ordered bone-in wings with garlic parmesan sauce, and the sauce was simply terrible. When I bit into the wings, they felt slimy. I thought I might be overreacting, so my boyfriend tried them too, and he found them just as unappetizing. Unfortunately, he ended up with food poisoning all night. I definitely won't be returning.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant, thanks to the wonderful staff. They are timely, professional, and attentive, which makes every visit enjoyable.
