"I gave this restaurant a rating of 5 in order to bring attention to how disappointing my experience was. The service was terrible, as we waited much longer than expected for our curbside order. Despite trying to call to let them know we were waiting, no one answered the phone. When we finally went inside to inform them of our presence, we found the staff just standing around. Upon returning home to eat, we discovered that the food was not cooked properly and we had to recook it ourselves. The cheese on the fries we ordered was barely there, and the overall taste indicated that the food was not fresh. I do not recommend this place at all."

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent. They even gave a complimentary dessert for my birthday. The meal was dine-in and it was for lunch. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20.

Haven't eaten at Chili's since covid started. Don't know if it was this one or all of them, but what I used to get was nolonger on the menu. Menu now looks more like an Applebee's. Not as good as the one in Myrtle Beach SC. I haven't been to that one just ordered for delivery but the service is fast and food tastes better. At this location they are unstaffed and the cools aren't as good. They also miss a lot more details in people's orders and customers have to flag down their waiter or waitress often. Parking: Not the biggest lot but if you get there for an early meal you should be fine. Service: Dine in
