Friday afternoon and only one girl working. Unbelievable wait times. Shame on the management for leaving her all by herself.

The customer service was terrible. The woman making the drinks was very rude and seemed very moody. This was my first and last visit, and I definitely won't be returning.

I asked for milk tea with extra boba. They made it frozen so I asked then to remake it iced like I asked for and they ended up remaking with ice but now no extra boba. Like really ? Voir le carte

I ordered regular tapioca, but the employee gave me flavored tapioca instead. Additionally, there was way too much water compared to the fruit when she was preparing it. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

This place was suppose to be open at 10am and at 10:22 nobody was there. I wanted to get boba for a friend's birthday and it said closed. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back and we went somewhere else.

If you’re wanting authentic boba I wouldn’t recommend here. If you’re vegan I also wouldn’t suggest here. They said most of it is made with a lactose free mix but still has milk so it’s not vegan. And the vegan options didn’t have any caffeine. Voir le carte

I visited this place a little while ago and I must say, the boba tea was excellent! They have a wide variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the adorable pop culture references scattered throughout the shop; they really made me laugh.

there’s no cotton candy i’ve been here 3 times spread out between months and they never have cotton candy why don’t they just white it out?? literally been like a year and they still don’t have cotton candy. why keep it up on ur menu for so long not to mention the line is long so after waiting for so long you get your hopes up. AWFUL.

"I came here on a Tuesday evening with only a few other patrons. The service was quick very friendly. I ordered a Polish lager that they had on tap along with a bowl of their chicken soup. All was served quickly with a smile. The soup was very hot and tasty, came with some sliced fresh bread a garlic butter. I went with the Polish Platter that featured a little of everything. Kielbasa, pierrogies, stuffed cabbage with mushroom gravy, potato pancakes, and a side of sauerkraut. All was delicious the servings were plenty. I strongly recommend visiting this restaurant if you want some authentic Polish food served with a smile."

"best food: ube donut mit gerösteter kokosnuss, nutella s’mores donut, mochi DonutsOkay/Good food: maple bacon donutthings to note: some days I’ve been in operation was slow, but overall it’s a wonderful place to do just ube donuts when she or someone else pre-orders her. this is the only way to get ube donuts, but they are the best ube donuts I ever had. these are one of the best donuts they can get safely in this area. I loved the nutella s’mores donut. they torture it to get the marshmallow beautiful and crispy. the maple bacon donut was good, but not the best. a wonderful place and wonderful owner. they are family friends with gurnee donuts, and if they weren't there, they must also try them out!"

"I made a reservation in advance but still had to wait 30 minutes for a table after arriving. The host was very rude during this time. The music was so loud, reminiscent of a nightclub, that it was hard to have a conversation. The food was decent, but I don’t think I'll be returning."

"As for the food, it lives up to its reputation for being delicious and flavorful. Portions are generous and easily shareable between two or even three people, depending on your order. We typically opt for the omelet or Eggs Benedict with grits, accompanied by a side of pancakes. We usually get a stack of two, which are quite thick. They can be tricky to cook—easily over or under done—but ours were cooked perfectly. The kids' meals come with one or two eggs, silver dollar pancakes, and a choice of sausage links or bacon. I do have a couple of minor notes: my wife requested a regular latte, but they only offered a vanilla-flavored option, which was disappointing. Plus, for the pancakes, I simply wanted regular syrup, but they only had maple or sugar-free varieties. It’s a little odd! Also, their coffee mugs are quite thick, which is something I noticed. Overall, there’s nothing that would prevent me from returning. The prices are reasonable, and there’s a wide variety of food options."

"Nous sommes venus pour l'anniversaire de mon petit ami. C'était extrêmement décevant. La nourriture était horrible et trop chère. La sélection était également limitée. La salade césar était terrible et pleine de la laitue jaune glaciale qui la rendait amère. Je n'avais pas été au restaurant depuis des années et il a considérablement baissé. Je parlais à une connaissance et il avait le même avis. Le service était correct mais lent. En fait, le busboy a oublié de donner de l'eau à l'un de nous et quand nous l'avons demandé, il s'est disputé avec nous et a dit qu'il l'avait donné."
