The portions are small, and the amount of meat provided for the price is insufficient. The meat in the pepper steak was mostly tough and chewy. I do not plan to return. The service is average, and the restaurant feels more like a takeout spot. It's better suited for a casual meal. Prices range from $20 to $30 per person. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 2 out of 5.

It suits the Japanese palate. I stayed at Ridgecrest for 2 days and had dinner here. The #29 Grilled Chicken Salad and #71 Fried Rice Shrimp on Day 1 were delicious. Even though it is called chicken salad, it is fried. You can choose the spiciness, but even mild is quite spicy. (I don't mind because I like spicy) Shrimp fried rice has a lot of shrimp and is satisfying to eat. For rice, it is definitely better to stir-fry than to ask for white rice.
