I ordered a Chicken Bowl through the Uber Eats app, but what I received was not what I expected. I brought this to the attention of the staff member, but her response made me feel as though my concerns didn't matter at all.

This Chipotle keeps getting worse with each visit. During my last trip, a customer got upset because the cashier asked her to move her card four times, leading her to believe she had been charged multiple times. She left in a huff without her food. To make matters worse, the cashier had an attitude with me. The issue seems to be the overwhelming number of online orders, which creates chaos for in-person customers. Management really needs to balance online and in-person orders better to prevent mistakes and dissatisfied customers. Voir le carte

To top it off, I didn’t get a single piece of meat in my first few bites. It was just sour cream, guacamole, and rice. When I finally found some pieces of steak, I have to admit it was tasty, but by then, my burrito had completely fallen apart. It was the worst assembly of a Chipotle burrito I’ve ever encountered. I also noticed that the employee who prepared my burrito was on her lunch break while I was eating, so it seems she might have been distracted by her own hunger rather than focusing on getting my order right. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. And as for Mr. Pibb Xtra, it tasted like watered-down syrup.

I've been burned by Chipotle in the past, when they took the lemons away. But today I boycott. My boyfriend and I both ordered the new steak; his a bowl, mine a burrito. He likes hot sauces and salsas on his bowl, so he orders some in the order line, butwe both like manually applying hot sauce from the bottle ourselves. Today we were informed there was no hot sauce. I love chipotle and it's been over a year since I've had the chance to eat it. Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience and probably cured me from ever desiring to eat there again. However, just looking at their other reviews they seem to not be sogreat compared to other locations. Around 10:45AM ordered online for pickup at 11:10. Picked it up at 11:11 and it was a ghosttown in there and everyone just stared at me. Lol, it was kinda awkward. I just left out of this restaurant not even 5 minutes ago, upon entering the server behind the counter was rude and acted like she was busy. I stated my order and she barely filled my bowl with rice, when I asked for more rice she put barely anotherscoop in it. I asked for double chicken she barely filled the bowl up and was trying to rush my order. I asked for sour cream onthe side which I paid for and it was barely filled halfway. The employees here are very rude. It was our first time to eat here. The store at 5955 Kingstown T.C. #160 Alexandria, VA 22315. My mother in law ordered her food and asked for the salsa that is the mildest on the side?. They gave her the most spicy kind. She put a little on her food, but it was all to spicy so she couldn?t eat it at all. She went back up to see if they would remake it since that is their mistake. They would not remake it and told her she had to go to the end of the line which was backed up to the door. They would not fix it at all and made it VERY clear to us that THEY DO NOT MAKE MISTAKES!!!
