"We decided to dine in and I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich along with chili soup, both of which were excellent. For dessert, I tried a cinnamon dish that was also quite tasty. The restaurant was a bit busy, but that’s expected during vacation season. The staff was very friendly and wearing masks, and there were plexiglass shields at all the registers. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, and the tables were clean."

"I really enjoy discovering places that meet all my expectations. This restaurant is clean, has friendly staff, a great atmosphere, delicious food, and fast service. I came for breakfast and was impressed by how quickly the staff worked. I was able to walk in without a wait or a reservation and still find a table. Our server, Crystal, was delightful and offered some excellent recommendations for my next visit. We were seated, placed our orders, and finished our breakfast in no time. The cook created a warm and inviting environment. The food was hot and exactly as we ordered. We enjoyed French toast with bacon, a meat lover's omelet, and a pancake, all for around $13-14 per person. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating and definitely has a cozy, homey diner vibe that I loved. It’s easy to get to and conveniently located near many shops and restaurants along Osceola Parkway and The Loop."

"This establishment should be avoided at all costs. I visited this resteraunt last night for a date night with my boyfriend and was really excited to support a family owned business and the food looked incredible online. However after ordering our food and being brought our salads, half way through eating my salad I found a German roach inside my salad! Now I understand that being sat outside there is an extremely slight possibility that the roach was from the awning above (which is what the owner suggested), however most would notice if a bug fell from the sky onto their food and this roach was not on top of my food. After notifying the waitress, she returned to reluctantly inform us that the owner is certain that the roach did not come from her kitchen as their food is prepared with care and cleanliness . As a fellow business owner this response was appalling. Not once did the owner come and speak with us, nor a manager. However, the owner did relay the message that we could come and visit his kitchen . This was such a display of alarming and disheartening customer service and not a way to treat any customer. As for the manager responding to my boyfriends review and asking what could have been done, here are a couple options that exemplify exceptional customer service: Come out and personally APOLOGIZE at any point and not send messages through your young waitress staff. Show that you care about your customers experience and are eager to make it right instead of denying responsibility and simply offering another salad. Take accountability for your restaurant. Even if the roach by some wild unlikely chance came from outside, it is still your establishment and you created an unpleasant experience so at least offer to credit or discount the meal or offer something on the house .Take your dollars elsewhere folks. You are not a valued customer here."

"Ok, when I was in Texas, I said Smoke Shack was the best BBQ I've ever had. I recant that statement. Don't get me wrong, Smoke Shack is gooooooooood, and you will leave fully satisfied, BUT I forgot about 4 Rivers. I live in Ohio. I hadn't been to 4 Rivers since pre-Covid, so I forgot how amazing it is.4 Rivers is located in Orlando. We used to visit Orlando 2x a year 4 Rivers was always on the list. You want good food, fall off the bone ribs, meat on to of meat ribs, smooth, delicious pulled pork, house-made sauce that tops it off to perfection? Go here! The side items are ok, but who cares when the meat will have you thank whatever higher power you serve profusely.We dug in so quickly that I forgot to get pics. We ate so much that we couldn't even walk with our backs straight. We ordered some ribs to go, and I remembered that pic.Listen, go to Orlando and do all the tourist stuff, but then do some self-care and go eat at 4 Rivers!!!"

"Starting with the appetizers, I tried the macaroni and cheese, which was made from Monterey Jack and a few other cheeses. Unfortunately, it didn’t stand out and was quite ordinary. The greens were tossed with chopped onions and a hint of vinegar, making them fairly generic as well. However, the baked beans were the highlight of the appetizers. They had a thick sauce with just the right amount of sweetness, and I think smoking them would enhance their flavor even more. Now, onto the meats. The sampler included chicken, pork, brisket, and a rib, all smoked with hickory and oak. Everything was tender and juicy, with a nice subtle flavor. The real standout, though, was the burnt ends. They were incredibly flavorful and absolutely delicious. My server, Ike, was excellent. He explained the menu clearly and kept my refills coming. Overall, it was a good experience, but there’s room for improvement in some of the side dishes."
