Suppose he is the manager “Tripp” was super friendly welcome. The decor was clean, the food was great for a buffet style taste. I'm new in this area will be back.

Food is fair. It’s cheap pizza, so the price was very good. If you’re looking for a quick eat, this could be a choice to have since it’s buffet. There were a lot of table that needed to be cleaned off, so that limited us to where we could sit at.

Honestly, I've been going to Cicis Pizza since it has been in Athens for a long time, I was a young teen then with my living family, enjoying delicious pizza fun every moment we went. And now with all my children of my own and them eating here, feels like a bigger family more memories to enjoy with great staff, great varieties of PIZZA food. Honestly, I’ve been going to Cicis Pizza for a long time, since my teenage years in Athens. I used to go with my family and we always had a great time enjoying delicious pizza together. Now, I bring my own kids here, and it feels like a big family gathering filled with even more memories. The staff is wonderful, and there’s a fantastic variety of pizzas to choose from. I wouldn’t want anyone to miss out on this experience!

Trippy and Sassy have done a wonderful job running this CiCi's location over the years. A few years ago they did a wonderful renovation and even added a salad dressing which tastes a lot like Olive Garden to their salad bar. They always stay on top of making sure that the right number of pizzas are hot and fresh and keep the salad bar in tip top shape. They definitely run one of the best Cici's Pizzas in the entire Southeast and we enjoy coming here!

I had not been here in forever, I don't get my money's worth at buffets as I simply cannot eat that much. But I LOVE pizza! Pizza was good, I partook of the spinach and the pepperoni. No different than any of the chains. Salad was crisp and for the most part fresh. Seemed to be a good amount of choices, but I'm not a ranch, bbq, buffalo, all that jazz pizza gal. Upon our arrival, we received a warm welcome. The manager recognizes me by name and is always willing to accommodate special requests if my favorite items are missing from the buffet. The pizza, breadsticks, soup, and desserts are all excellent. I always feel at home here. It's the perfect place to escape the office and disconnect from phones. Be sure to download the app for regular deals, including a complimentary buffet for your birthday and on your sixth visit, where you can earn at least $7.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped into this restaurant. The service provided by the staff was exceptional – they were all incredibly friendly and eager to assist, always wearing a warm smile. We enjoyed the dinner buffet, which offered a fantastic selection. For just $6.99, we could choose from personalized pizzas, salads, chicken soup, a variety of pizza slices, and delicious desserts. I was genuinely impressed by the great value given all the options available. I highly recommend this place for a family outing!

Had a disappointing experience at the CiCi's in Athens. I order a pizza online and the response (automatic, I suppose) said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the designated time and was told my pizza wasn't ready. I waited about 10 more minutes and was then told my pizza was in the oven! I complained saying I add ordered 25 minutes earlier and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. They told me that had a large order for a nearby church which was backing things up. Finally, about 35-40 minutes after I placed my online order, I got my pizza. When I got home, we discovered it the crust was still soft and almost underdone. We ate anyway.
