"This USE to be my favorite place but; I went to eat breakfast and the TWO waitresses there did not even acknowledge me, as I sat and waited to order a cup of coffee and a triple play. After sitting in a boot after waiting for 5 minutes for a total of 15 minutes, literally; I was acknowledge by the kind gentleman that was washing dishes as I headed to the front door and left. I wish the Older, waitresses were there, but I'm not returning to see and I wish this business well because it's not the same anymore P.S. there was another couple that came in as I was sitting in a booth, that was PROMPTLY seated and given water as I stayed seated and watched them being served. Question: what would you have done? Comments welcome"

This restaurant is a fantastic hidden find! Thank you to the staff for a delightful breakfast experience. I highly recommend trying the Loco Moco, but all the menu options looked delicious.

The food was amazingly delicious and reasonably priced! The staff is very friendly and we can't wait to visit again. This will be our new breakfast spot! Great menu options...I had a hard time making a meal choice! Voir le carte

I've been trying this place since I read about it in Roadfood, Jane and Michael Stern. It didn't disappoint! We had the three-layered (breakfast) enchiladas, sides of the bacon and cheese grotto and a pecan waffle. Yum!

The food at this restaurant is distinct and delicious. I ordered breakfast enchiladas and bananas and peanut butter french toast, both of which were excellent. Make sure to also request the homemade salsa for an extra kick. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place.

Awesome little hole in the wall Cafe. Not going to lie, was a little skeptical upon pulling up as its a bit run down on the outside... But the food was quite delicious!! The homemade cinnamon roll was on point! The perfect amount of warmth, soft sugary goodness. The omelet was quite tasty as well! Voir le carte

Great hidden jewel I missed several times until I saw it on Google cards. It's an older building, but as soon as you get in, it was very welcoming. The waitress made a great job owner, took orders and serving. Coffee was great and the food was freshly cooked to order. I will come back to try out the many elements on their menu.

The food and service are fantastic at this restaurant. It has a cozy small-town vibe and is the perfect spot for a weekend brunch. I tried the Taquitas (shown in the picture) and they were absolutely delicious. My wife loves their pancakes. We have never had a negative experience at this restaurant. It's a wonderful place for a family meal.

"We ate here during the Paseo Arts Festival. We initially tried to make a reservation using Open Table, but someone from the restaurant called me a few days later to inform me that Picasso Cafe was not taking reservations during the Arts Festival. We arrived at 12:15 pm and put in our names. Our party was called just before 1:00 pm. Fortunately, we had the Arts Festival to keep us busy while we waited. I ordered the chicken and avocado sandwich. It sounded good in the menu description -- seared chicken breast, avocado slices, swiss cheese, bacon, and bourbon honey mustard. However, I ordered it without the cheese because I have been to too many places where they do not know how to melt cheese on grilled sandwiches and I don't want to be a picky customer on my second visit to a restaurant. Anyway, it was difficult to hold the sandwich together. I ended up taking the avocado slices off of it so that there was enough friction for me to hold it together and eat it. The seared chicken breast was the best part, closely followed by complimentary lettuce and tomato (crisp and cold) and the honey mustard (good mix of sweet and tangy). I ordered the napa cabbage slaw for my side dish. It was served with a light dressing so that the cabbage stood out. This is not a slaw for people who prefer not to taste the cabbage. I would like to come back and try some more things. However, if I have the chicken sandwich again, I am going to leave out both the swiss cheese and the avocado. I would also like to see if they have a wheat bun because that would pair better with this mix of flavors and textures."
