I understand the importance of timely delivery for online orders, but it seems they need to hire someone dedicated to handling those transactions. Alternatively, they could improve their time and resource management to ensure that in-person customers receive the attention they deserve. During our last visit, we stood in line for over 45 minutes without making any progress. I finally reached my breaking point and left. Despite my love for Cold Stone Creamery's ice cream, I'm hesitant to return. They really need assistance from corporate or a more experienced management team; otherwise, this establishment may continue its downward spiral."

The manager at this location fires people out of spite due to staff not knowing how to do things correctly yet she does not properly train and leaves it up to the trainee to figure it out themselves yet if something is not done correctly, she will complain about it.

Great ice cream but HORRENDOUS service. We waited 35 minutes with about 7 people in front of us. There was a time when all 3 workers weren't taking any orders and everyone in line was just standing there waiting. No apologies about the long wait either from the staff. Voir le carte

There is moldy ice cream at the front edge of the glass counter.My server waited minutes before greeting me and spent a great deal of time in the back room instead of helping me (not related to poor equipment). The equipment didn't work properly, so I walked out after 8 minutes with nothing!Parking: Many other businesses share this lot, so it is full most days.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! The music was blaring, making it impossible to hear anything else. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful; when I requested a waffle cone, they simply refused to make one. On the bright side, the ice cream was tasty. However, the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired—it looked dirty and poorly maintained.
