Worst place I have ever been to. Very poor customer service. Employees in the back room on their cell phones while customers wait in line being ignored. When friends of Employees come in to the store they instantly get waited on. A bunch of kidsunsupervised. It's hard to support local businesses when they have poor customer service and management doesn't seem to care. Three times it's been this way. Never again.

I went this evening at 8:58 P.M. to get an ice-cream. This web page states it is open until 10:00 P.M. I walked in and saw four customers in line and went to proceed to the counter. A young worker approached me and said they are closed. I mentioned thetime on the web page which she then wanted to see my phone and the time for herself. After seeing it she said again theirclosed. Definitely not a friendly atmosphere.

By 11:00, the cake was brought out, but only half of the message I requested was written on it, and it was in the wrong color. The staff initially claimed they couldn’t correct it, but after we asked to speak with the manager—who was not available at the moment—they suddenly found a way to make adjustments. By 11:10, the final product was ready, but unfortunately, it still wasn’t the correct color. Although the ice cream was enjoyable and the cake was alright, just be prepared for a less-than-ideal overall experience. Voir le carte
