"Every time we stay at the hotel right above Cold Stone, we always make it a point to visit. We have never been disappointed! The establishment is extremely clean. Yes, the lines can be long, but hey, it's Cold Stone! The staff is consistently friendly and patient, especially with my three boys. During our visit, there was a promotion with Nintendo Switch, and some Nintendo figurines were on display. My oldest son inquired about how to get them, but unfortunately, they weren't for sale as they were just for display. However, one employee went above and beyond to promote the event—who does that?! It was so impressive! Overall, we have no complaints, and we've been coming here for a little over three years (twice a year). "

If you’re going to share your hours of operation, please adhere to them. I arrived at 9:50 PM with my wife and daughter, only to find the store already closed. If your staff wants to leave early, please update the closing time to reflect when you actually stop taking orders. Gas is costly, and it’s disappointing to drive all the way from La Mesa for nothing.

I've visited this location on San Diego Ave several times, always checking the hours listed on their website, which claims they open at 11 AM. However, each time I've gone, they were not open. I tried again this Saturday around 1 PM, only to find it closed once more. I recommend updating the hours on the website or posting a schedule on the door for the staff to follow. Voir le carte
