One of the 3 ice creams order yesterday, had two hairs in it. A long hair and a short hair. So gross. We just threw it away. Not one hair but two! Ewwww.

My children have nut allergies, so I only take them to restaurants that don't serve nuts. Cold Stone prepared their ice cream separately to avoid any contamination, which I greatly appreciate. Seeing my children happy is priceless. Thank you to everyone at Cold Stone!

I ordered a hot chocolate, but ended up receiving two cold chocolates instead. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was informed that their machine was broken. I left with overpriced tea (they do not offer price adjustments) and encountered poor customer service. The manager was rude and simply said "BYE" as we paid for two teas instead of hot chocolate. The atmosphere was strange and I would recommend avoiding this tourist trap. Voir le carte

The WORST experience ever on 11/20/21 !!!!!!! It was my 1st time to visit the village at Tahoe with my 5 year old and my baby it was very cold. And we saw that there were some tables with a small fireplace but the fire was turned off, Then I went and brought a hot chocolate from Cold Stone for my son and i ask if they could please turn on the fire for us please. But the cashier insisted to talk to me called the manager Derek to ask if he could turn the fire for us. And the manager Derek respond VERY RUDE unless you SPEND more the $15 he was going to turned on the fireplace otherwise NO.THE WORST COSTUMERS SERVICE!!!

one of my most popular ice cream networks in the usa, but unfortunately this place has really bad employees: very ineffective and even aggressive! E.g last Saturday there was a girl who competed with every 2nd customer about a chocolate ice cream and then a guy named james who gave me the blame not to be fast enough and when I told him that it is her personal that is not effective, he lost his cool and even his tune on me. then he became so aggressive after some debate that began to scream and did not even allow me to pay for my ice cream basket: go out of my place! surely great ask to a manager this place in relation to the selection and training of employees.

My sister and I took our boys to this location for some ice cream last week. The shift leader Chris was rude from the minute we walked in until the time we left. He was rushing us to select our orders, making rude comments and was throwing things around with a negative attitude. My sister spoke with the store manager who at first just made excuses for him but then ended up apologizing for the bad experience and offered to give us free ice cream the next day. I would never take my kids there again, not even for free ice cream. You can be professional and keep the line moving at the same time.
