"For our starters, Steve enjoyed the chilled summer pea soup with asparagus, while I opted for the Beijing Duck Warm Artichoke Salad, and James Richard had the Tossed Green Salad with figs. The evening’s specials also caught our eye, so we went for the Braised Short Ribs, Walnut-Crusted Halibut with Lobster, and Roasted Fillet of Scottish Salmon, all of which were fantastic. To end the meal, we shared a delectable Apple Tart alongside a trio of ice creams: Pistachio, Cinnamon, and Ginger. Once again, we had a wonderful evening at Copley’s, thanks to Chef Co-Owner Andrew Manion Copley."

"The reviews are true. This is a damn near perfect meal to have. No trip to Palm Springs will be complete if I don’t have Gabino’s before I leave. I was feeling some sort of way about ordering this meal because I’ve had crepes in the past and they’re flat and kind of soggy and filled with Nutella and peanut butter and that was not the vibe I was looking for. The actual meal I got was fresh, full of flavor, crispy where it needed to be, juicy where it needed to be and just all around a next level meal. We are food snobs, and this blew our minds, but we also got one for my husband’s Grammy, who is very picky and she loved it too, she ate it with a fork and munched on the crispy parts straight to mouth. We will definitely be coming here again for a full family meal."

"Went there tonight with my partner. We were hoping to see entertainment tonight but unfortunately the singer wasn't able to perform. Although we were disappointed we chose to stay. You see I was so glad just to be having a cocktail with my guy . I had hip surgery and was my first time since that. Plus the atmosphere was inviting, management was very friendly and accommodating. They apologized for no live entertainment initially, service was extremely good, my partner had two signature Martinis and had a Glass of wine, with some very delicious appetizer. SO YOU SEE MICHAEL AND I HAVE DECIDED WE WILL BE GOING AGAIN.. WHEN OUR FRIENDS COME TO VISIT I WILL MOST CERTAINLY BRING HERE"

"This place is still fantastic. And it is much larger than the other NY Style Deli which has 2 locations. The food is at least as good. Service was very friendly. And this has a full bar also. The only problem is the huge variety of choices. It makes it so difficult to decide. Definitely a keeper!"

"Maybe it just wasn't our place. The pitch from the server made me think we were about to eat michelin star quality food. It started out great with the appetizer but my main dish was raw in the center. I like things on the undercooked side so normally this wouldn't have bothered me but this was too raw. It was plated beautifully but the the flavor was just average in my opinion. Add in the fact it was very undercooked and I would say we won't be back. Shame, I really wanted to like this place. I should also mention my wife ordered a salad with salmon which turned out to be raw salmon. Perfectly acceptable if you know that but the server neglected to mention it was raw. Ask questions or you might get something other than what you're expecting."

"My brother and I initially went to check out the stunning view from the balcony, but we ended up staying for brunch. To our delight, the food was exceptional—super tasty and of high quality. I ordered the Waldorf salad, which was one of the best I've ever had, along with a side of vegan sausage. My brother opted for the eggs, potatoes, and maple bacon, and let me tell you, it was probably one of the best Bloody Marys we've ever tasted—it was absolutely fantastic. While the menu prices are a bit on the higher side, I believe it's justified by the farm-to-table quality of the ingredients. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive. This place definitely earns 5 stars in my book!"
