"Waitress was super nice and cutely dressed, but that don't get you a big tip from me...holy wow this girl could NOT do anything right... poor thing, she asked what we wanted, we told her our drinks and when she came back,she asked if we wanted appetizersand we ordered that... then she said I'll be right back. We picked what we wanted and closed or menu... and waited and waitedand waited... I'll be right back kinda means one or two minutes or even seeing or menus closed... but 27 minutes? Really?...when she finally came back she took our order and we played the waiting game again... I can understand if the restaurant is fullit will take a bit... but there was just a few tables occupied... 35 minutes later my man gets up because he thought he sawthem put his plate at the pick up window, then he heard them laughing and joking around in the back area. Yup, it was his plate,and it was just sitting up for 14 mins ... we asked for the manager and she was just as useless as or waiter... Don't even worryabout it she says... we didn't get our meal and they didn't get paid for the little they fed us... super disappointed"

Did a call in order to pick up. Gave them another chance after the last 3 times the order was wrong missing items. Showed up to get it and waited an additional 20 min. Finally a waiter asked me what I was here for and I told him. He said would you care for a drink or water while you wait and I said yes a tea would be great after waiting so long. He asked the manager about the tea and then came back to me and said if the tea is for me no. No tea. Terrible customer service. I know they get Uber delivery orders a lot but I ordered for my family and waited way too long to even be acknowledged let alone waited on. Alex tried to make it right but too late. Got home and order was missing 1/3 of it...
