Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The service from the waitress was disappointing, but the food was enjoyable and reasonably priced.

I absolutely love Cracker Barrel; please don't make any changes! We visit at least once a week in our area.

We stopped going for a while due to long waits. Looks like they are back to par with service. Manager is Awesome our waitress paid attention to detail. We were in out in 1hr. Party of 3! Voir le carte

My husband and I dined here today, and we were quite disappointed with the service. Our table was dirty when the hostess seated us, and it took over 30 minutes for my husband's order to arrive. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered the seafood special it looked like a kids plate. The food was good just not enough on the plate. It looked like two gorden fish sticks. Bowl of fried shrimp had 5 pieces one with just the tail.On a positive note the hostess was great.

Michelle was our server and she receives AAA+ rating. Excellent personality, serving multiple tables, and never missed a smile or step to please her customers. We shared how grateful we were to have her as our server and will ask for her in the future. She ” gets it” in the service food industry. Thank you Michelle!!! Voir le carte

Service and atmosphere were great. Foodwise I loved the fried pickles, cheese appetizer thingies and fried okra. My country steak was nothing but a piece of hamburger meat/ground beef shaped as a steak.... Didn't taste good. I was disappointed. My sweet potatoe was only cooked half way, you could've mistaken it for a brick in the middle… The breakfast stuff, which my family had, was great. Pancakes huge, french toast good, sausage perfectly cooked etc. Mealoaf was good too.

We were seated and waited over 15 mins for someone to take our order, no one came. Had to get help from other staff, they then go get the server, who comes over with an attitude saying “is there a problem”..... like yeah, we've been here 15 mins and no one has acknowledged us, but we didn't say that, we were polite. But fine whatever, people have bad days, so we let that slide. We put our full order in, 10 mins later, no drinks. Ok so where are the drinks? I can see her clearly playing on the c … – show

We waited for 20 minutes and no server came to our table. Asked another waitress and she informed our server immediately (we saw her tell her through the doorway). Waited ten more minutes and she still didn’t come take our order. She was not busy serving on the floor because we were watching. When she did come she made excuses and was extremely rude when asked if it was a misunderstanding. She barked that she COULD get the manager if it was necessary and we said that would be best.
