The biscuits were hard, my husband food was supposed to come with biscuits and gravy never did, he had some kind of sauce or cheese on side of his plate by the eggs he never asked for, made him sick. I don't know what it is but lately all the dinners or lunches that we have had at Cracker Barrel have not come out of the kitchen hot they have just been warm. This seems to be happening at any of their locations not just one in particular unfortunately we feel since covid they have gone downhill they are just not the same as they used to be with their service. Our server did not help us very well. One meal that we ordered was not put in correctly or something was mixed up. Another person brought us our food and he was super nice. We explained to him that we were missing a meal. He put it in and then we really didn’t see our server again, other than maybe one time to give us our check. We ended up asking the other server for several things and he helped us with no questions asked. This location had really good reviews, so I was just a little confused with how our experience went. Maybe our server was just having an off day!

I have always been more than satisfied with Cracker Barrel as a whole or at least until I visited this one. I will say it was a Friday night and they were somewhat busy but the service was terrible. We waited probably 15 minutes for the server to even come take our drink order and over an hour to get our food. While waiting we saw 2 different tables leave because they had een waiting a long time for their food only to be told that they were out of several of the foods they ordered, we also witnessed several of the servers coming in and out of the kitchen arguing and yelling at each other. The food was good once we finally got it but definitely not worth the wait and unprofessional atmosphere...

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for lunch, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! The meal was priced comfortably between $20 and $30 per person, which I found to be very reasonable considering the quality of food and service. The food was absolutely fantastic, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Everything was delicious and fresh, but I particularly recommend trying their homemade biscuits – they were simply delightful! The service was also impeccable, receiving a top rating of 5.
