We were overwhelmed by the flavor of not only our appetizers but the filet marinated in truffles for 24 hours was outstanding the service was incredible. We felt like we were in the twilight zone being in this wonderful small village in the mountains of North Carolina. Craft Bistro is a Gift!

Wonderfully sweet staff, delicious cocktails, and scrumptious crabcakes!We came here for a Bachelorette cocktail hour for my cousin. Though it was a Thursday, they let us have the bar upstairs to ourselves. We were there past closing without realizing it and these kind people didn't even tell us, they just kept on serving us and keeping up the fun. Voir le carte

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Craft Bistro. Instead of main courses, we chose to try five different appetizers. My personal favorite was the Shrimp Toast, but every dish was excellent. For dessert, we indulged in the most incredible Bread Pudding. The martinis were perfectly crafted, and the wine list is impressive as well. The service was both friendly and professional. I can't wait to return!

I've never encountered a staff that makes you feel as welcomed as this one; it sets a new standard for food service. The owners came over to chat with us at the end of the evening, and you could tell they genuinely wanted to ensure our experience was special. I would return just to see the owners and staff because what they’ve created here is exactly how food service should be done. Kudos to them! My family and I will definitely return. I can't express enough how much I love this place. Just wow!

Well this was a hidden gem in the high country for sure!! I'd never thought the small town of West Jefferson would have upscale dining like Craft!! A couple of VERY small critiques. My wife had the duck which was cooked perfectly, just needed to be rendered a bit more! Mashed potatoes ratio to duck and broccoli was a bit much.. my dish was fantastic!!! Fish was cooked to PERFECTION and I don't say that often! Our appetizers were the smoked oysters with giant caviar, and the lamb pops... amazing!! HIGHLY recommended!!! We will be back! Voir le carte
