The dining experience is terrible. I typically order dumplings and vareniki at this restaurant. The last time I visited, they were poorly made. I have been here multiple times before, but after this recent visit, I have decided I will never be returning again.

This was our first time here and last. Food was terrible my bacon was cold and eggs were hard. They don't even toast the bread. Coffee sucked too. Service was not great either. Takes 15 minutes to order then another 15 minutes to get tea . Then another 15 minutes for the lousy meal to come and it's cold. Do not recommend this place at all.

One of my all-time favorite restaurants. I haven't found a menu item I didn't like. I'm constantly recommending this (and the West Springfield location) to friends. This location is larger than West Springfield and has more parking, a semi-outdoor deck, and a big pirate ship for the kids in the back. My favorites: Home fries with mushrooms, onions and chicken, all the pancakes, the Napoleon Chicken, the crab salad. If I could give them a higher star rating I would. I asked to host my wife's surprise birthday party and from setting up the food being served to the service on the day of I could not have asked for a more communicative and helpful staff. The party went off without a hitch and a huge portion of that was the friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. This will definitely be a number one place for me when I cam trying to think of places to host get togethers in the future. Not to mention the fantastic atmosphere and feel to the restaurant. Fantastic all around!

It was our first time . We took my mother there for her birthday lunch 2pm on a Wednesday. I cannot believe how delicious everything was. We had several items: I ordered the eggs benedict on the hash-brown patties and no tomato- the chef put spinach as an alternate and it was heavenly, I cannot wait to have it again. We also got the pancake assortment and the avocado toast with beet and poached egg. For dessert we split a Nutella and banana filled crepe. For the 4 year old she got french fries (delicious) and a bowl of the sweetest most perfect strawberries. It was an absolute lovely lunch and we are planning our next trip up very soon. Excellent job!!!

The outdoor patio is wonderful. I've only had breakfast here, and it's good and while it includes many of the same elements as a traditional American breakfast, there are also other options to try that you may not be familiar with! I personally am not a tea fan, however my in laws prefer this breakfast spot for the wide and reportedly great tea selection (we started coming for the patio during covid, but now the tea keeps us coming back! . The staff isn't the friendliest and it can sometimes be hard to find your server when something is needed, but that doesn't bother me that much, and the food is served fairly quickly regardless of spotty attention otherwise Voir le carte
