"This was my second visit and overall it is a nice place, however, based on my experience this visit it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The waitress took my order but didn't bother to provide me silverware, thankfully, the patron next to me saw my dilemma and gave me his which he wasn't going to use. I tried saying something but the waitress was too far to hear me. She wasn't very friendly either. I didn't get exactly what I ordered. I didn't make an issue if it since I was hungry and didn't want to wait. The waitress never asked me how everything was as I saw she had asked others and I would have told her about the mistake in my food order. The food was good, place clean but the people on duty were far from warm and inviting, so, needless to say, it'll be a while before I return here."

"Mauvais service, il était réservé à l'avance pour un anniversaire, il n'a pas été reçu comme les autres restaurants, il n'a jamais été mentionné que c'était une occasion spéciale (anniversaire), pas même dans le dessert, et le morceau de viande comme dans Eau décongelée, insipide, non cuite et dure, je ne pense pas que nous reviendrons, c'est la troisième fois que nous y allons et c'était très mauvais, je ne le recommande pas"

"One thing that distinguishes a good deli from a mediocre one is obviously their food when you get a bacon egg and cheese with a half a strip of bacon on it for seven dollars. That’s a sure way for me never to come back especially when I work right across the street, you have to learn how to appreciate your customers and give them the right amount of food.
