"This restaurant was the place we decided to have a dinner for a small party. We were quoted a price and we arrived on time. The food was cold and their excuse was that 'large ' parties must expect cold food. Then they overcharged us for the food and added 12 dollars for linen. Nothing was ever said about a linen charge. To top it off we had asked for a sparkling apple cider toast and we waited 20 minutes for it after we had eaten and it was apple juice with sierra mist in it. owner admitted this after the fact They charged us anyway! We live in Vermont and all he would do was offer us a gift certificate we could never use. Hardly good business practice. Must only be interested in the profit. Find another place to eat."

"We ordered eggplant parmesan with mushrooms and ravioli pasta with a garlic wine sauce and scallops. The pastas were out of this world, with the ravioli filled with cheesy goodness that melted in your mouth. The eggplant had a crab-like texture and was topped with a thick marinara sauce that complemented the atmosphere. The restaurant had dark blue walls, open square tables, and got quite loud as more people filled the tables and chatted on a Friday evening at 5:30. I'm glad we arrived before it got too crowded, as I can't imagine trying to have a conversation after 6 pm on a weekend night. We received relaxed and attentive service from not only our server, but all the employees who seemed prepared for the busy season ahead. I wish them all the best, as they were cool, focused, and ready. The only downside was the need for better lighting in the women's bathroom. If I were to bring my 80-year-old parents, they would have trouble seeing in there."

"This restaurant feels like a cheap imitation of authentic Chinese cuisine, with low-quality, dried-out ingredients like sushi, nori, and rice. It was not delicious at all. I regret supporting this place and wish I had realized how disappointing it would be. It’s not local, and I was hoping for something genuine. The wasabi resembles green playdough, and I’m hesitant to try it. The ginger is also dried out. Everything here is subpar; it’s a poor imitation and not worth it. I spent $20 and would have been better off dining elsewhere. Oh well, you live and learn."

"The owner of the restaurant is incredibly kind and the food is delicious, which is why I am still giving it 4 stars. I do wish there were more staff, as the current ones don't seem to be the original employees of the restaurant and could use some improvement in their customer service skills, especially the young men. During my recent visit to pick up an order, I noticed that while I waited, only one woman behind the counter was actively working while two young men seemed to be just standing around. One of them was sitting and playing on his phone, while the other appeared to be lost. The woman was very pleasant and did her job efficiently. The owner, as always, came out with our food with a smile, handed the bags to the hardworking woman, and we left. This is not the first time I have experienced this lack of engagement from the younger staff members. I wish I could have given my tip directly to the woman who was actually doing the work."

"I went to this TS today for lunch. I ordered online through the app but got there to pick it up early because I live right across the street. I was very disappointed to walk in to hear the girl making my sandwich order, laughing and making fun of thefact that my daughter didn't want bacon or tomato on her sandwich. She doesn't know why my daughter doesn't get those things onher sandwiches but still thought it was okay to laugh about it with another employee when customers were there. I will still gothere, it was just sad honestly. I chose not to say anything because she was young and I didn't want to embarrass her but sheneeds a lesson in being professional on her job."
