"This restaurant has definitely gone downhill!! Kids spaghetti was about half a cup of noodles with about 2 tablespoons sauce not a garlic bread! I have Calamari it was a lot to do!! Was like eating rubber bands! Got a hamburger with French french fries, the hamburger was under done and the bungalow was hard and not roasted stables hard!!! I ask for everything that is not a mayonnaise, and I have a piece of tomatoes and a little shredded salad!! I have an apple cake that came with ice cream and the ice was literally in the same size container they put the ketchup for the frits in the pocket! Maybe a tablespoon!! It was in the garbage!! We were going to Wendy? This place was always good, I don't know what happened, but she?re not now, if you want good pizza and food at a reasonable price, where you earn your money go to new brother?s pizza in Fishersville 10 times better!!! I'll never order from here again!"

"My son and I stopped here on our way home from North Carolina. He searched for a breakfast buffet on Google and found this place, and we were really pleased with our choice. It was the best breakfast buffet I've had in a long time! They offer freshly made pancakes and waffles from the kitchen instead of having them sitting out on the buffet for a long time. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and we were in and out in just 30 minutes—all for just $8.99! You can't beat that! I hope to come back someday."

"Stopped in with my parents as we are traveling from N.C. to P.A. we were quite hungry. After arriving we were sat promptly served promptly. Food was delivered hot, fresh, with multiple smiles from the food runners our Server Deryn. Deryn came to check on us few minutes after our entrees were served to make sure everyone was satisfied. Thankyou was said after each order was placed drinks were refilled. Restraunt was clean as well as the restrooms.(super plus !! Deryn was exceptional. Of course its always a bonus to shop in the country store after! Although my father was a little irritated because my mother, my daughter myself decided to shop a bit tooo long for his liking, as he wanted to get back on the road. But he had a full belly so we managed to change his mood and back on the road again. Im impressed with the manors and protocal for thier restraunt to keep such a welcoming place for guests to come. Thanx Deryn Cracker Barrel Staff!"

"I experienced a frustrating wait of 20 minutes for my curbside order, despite the app indicating that it was ready. Upon entering the store, I found my food just sitting on the counter and not even kept warm. To make matters worse, the hot and cold items were packaged together, which is a serious health code violation—something I take seriously as a food handler myself. The staff merely pointed me towards my food without offering any explanation. I noticed four employees in the back laughing and chatting, yet none of them were willing to bring my order to my car. Although the food was decent, the poor service and the staff's unprofessional attitude were unacceptable for the price I paid. I won’t be returning to this location, nor would I recommend it to anyone. If you're looking for quality food and service, I'd suggest going to the Chick-fil-A right next door; their chicken is equally good, if not better, and they know how to treat customers."
