They were ALL so so nice and kept making me laugh and I wish I could express how much needed that was after a very very tiring day!Thank you to the great great staff that consistently made me laugh and smile while serving INCREDIBLE food!!I'm amazed, this HAS to be the BEST Dairy Queen in the country!Thank you again to each of you for what you do and I can't wait to tell others and return! I wish ALL fastfood restaurants acted like this"

Staff is really friendly! And apparently dairy queen here has a 10% military they gave to me without prompting. Great service and good food.

I always feel comfortable at DQ. The staff is consistently friendly and always greets you with a smile. My food is always hot and fresh! I believe it's the best Dairy Queen in the area!

Person taking our order over microphone was very polite and effecient. We ordered a lot of food but had a very short wait. Only problem was we had ordered Honey BBQ chicken strips and we got plain. Voir le carte

I was waiting for my ice cream while watching the girl make it through the window, she looked like she was struggling and stressed while the girl taking the orders was just layed back taking orders. I feel like the poor girl needs a raise or at least some help, i recommend greenup dairy queen

I wanted to mention a couple of things about my experience. First, the lobby is currently closed due to local regulations. However, there's a number on the door nearest to the truck stop for placing orders, and you can take your food to go. Secondly, I must say that the customer service was still excellent. "This is a fantastic spot to grab a bite while exploring Casey! The building is beautiful, the atmosphere is inviting, and the food is delicious. There’s plenty of seating and a wide variety of menu options. They offer daily specials, but do keep in mind that they are closed on Sundays. For those with dietary restrictions, they have gluten-free bread and soup options (although the soup may contain a small amount of modified food starch, which is minimal enough not to cause any issues for me). As for accessibility, the entrance is wheelchair-friendly, and the bathrooms are spacious, although navigating back to the restroom can be tricky when it’s busy."

"This restaurant's greatest selling point is its atmosphere, which starts all the way in the parking lot with their world's largest pitch fork. The interior is cozy and immersive, and as you are being taken to your seat, there is a bit of an antique-scape that unfolds before your eyes. I enjoyed the food, but I felt it was slightly overpriced and that their buffet selection was rather small. Their service was fine. Again, their atmosphere is their strongest asset. If you are in the mood for food that tastes like a home cooked meal, this is a great place to stop."

"Visiting from out of town and found this local place for a bite to eat and it was great! Everything we ordered was fantastic. We had the cheese strips, a deep dish pizza, a thin pizza, and an Italian beef sandwich. Definitely recommend each of those! The deep dish pizza does take nearly an hour ro cook but is absolutely worth it! Only complaint is that they don't bring all the food out together so the people who ordered the sandwich and thin pizza were finished eating before the others got their deep dish pizza."

"Unfortunately, the service continued to be poor. The waiter was dismissive, and our food order came out wrong, which was frustrating. My husband brought it up, and while the waiter said he would fix it, I encouraged my husband to let it go. I was concerned about how they might treat the replacement dish, given the waiter’s attitude. Throughout the meal, the waiter continued to ignore us and exhibit rudeness, which really tarnished our dining experience in Casey, IL. We ended up paying for our meal without leaving a tip, as we felt the waiter did not deserve one. As an interracial couple, we remain hopeful that this was not the reason for the poor treatment we received. After leaving the restaurant, we decided to go for ice cream and continued to enjoy our day despite the disappointing experience at Cilantros Grill."
