Diablo's Southwest Grill

The food at this restaurant is amazing! I've ordered from them twice recently via Grubhub, and both times the taste was consistently excellent.

100/10 my families favorite place to eat. Lots of variety, fresh food, and very friendly faces when I go in. They also have the best chicken and queso in town!

Just paid $14 for a burrito bowl with slimy cilantro leaves, brown guacamole and wonton chips instead of normal nacho chips. This place was AMAZING when they first opened but over the past 6 months or so has been going down hill. I will not be visiting again. Voir le carte

I ordered the Nachos and everything was hot and fresh. This restaurant has the best chips of any Mexican restaurant in the area. Sequoia prepared my food and provided excellent service. These were the best Nachos I've ever had! Thank you once again for another delicious meal!

I ordered 3 diet cokes. What I received was 2 Sprites, and some kind of fruit punch. I'm a diabetic, so I am Very Disappointed!! The burrito was correct,but stone cold,it was wrapped in aluminum foil, chips and queso cheese in a small container. I have driven by the restaurant and it always seems busy. Maybe the kitchen staff can't read English. The cookie was made and packaged else where so maybe that will be good?

I ordered online and when I got there, they said they didn't have it. I had the order number, a confirmation email, and a screenshot from when I ordered it. They were incredibly rude and told me they didn't have it and wouldn't look at any of the confirmations. Then when they finally found my order, they made it and handed it to me without saying anything despite how rude they were from the beginning. It's like they knew they messed up and just didn't care. When I went to pay with my debit card, I was told he needed to take it inside to process the payment because the drive-thru machine was out of order—something that has apparently been an ongoing issue. That was fine, but then he came back and asked if I needed utensils. When I replied yes, he returned with just a single fork, not even wrapped in a napkin or anything. My office is only a minute away, but by the time I sat down to eat, my food was cold. Overall, the quality didn't justify the price or the experience. My first impression was far from positive.

This place has really gone downhill! It was once great, but now it seems the management doesn't care about maintaining standards. I've seen several comments from other disappointed customers who remember how it used to be. Dear Owner: You can't run a business effectively with only 15-17 year-olds on staff. They lack cleanliness and proper hygiene practices. I observed a young worker, probably around 16, cleaning right behind the counter. He was wearing gloves, but shockingly, he used the same pair to clean the floor and to roll a whole burrito. That was enough for me—I left immediately and won’t be returning. It's time to invest in hiring some adults who can provide better service! Voir le carte
