Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I am here regularly and I receive the greatest food and service. Parking: parking spaces outside the door are available. Accessibility: The Handicap ramp is on the front door that I use with my walker

I can't speak for the entire menu; however the chopped and sliced beef sandwiches are always perfect. They are so perfect I drive past the Dickey's one mile away from my home to this location 3.7 miles away!

If you like to go to Dickey's, never go differently, because I was in some of them in Dallas... but this on Richardson tx is the best BBQ big customer service. Very much appreciated!!!! Parking: Large car park Voir le carte

The pulled pork sandwiches were mediocre with no flavor, and the pickles and onions were stuck to the bottom of the container. The presentation was lackluster, resembling roadkill. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The manager and staff were fantastic and extremely attentive! The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. We were especially happy when the manager stopped by during our meal to ensure everything was to our liking. Excellent customer service and a delightful dining experience!

I have been to dickeys multiple times this is the worst I've had I must say the baked beans takes like pinto beans and the macaroni oddly tasted like Cole slaw idk how that's even possible needless to say I will not be back but the meat was good (ribs and turkey) it was just cold Voir le carte

I didn't quite get my money's worth here. The prices are not cheap. The Brisket was good but I should have had it without the barbeque sauce. I didn't quite like the BBQ sauce. The macaroni and cheese was okay but I didn't enjoy the barbecue beans. I wanted to rate 3.5 but since I can't do a half rating on Maps, I settled for 3. Maybe I will increase the rating when I try more on their menu next time.

Our Wylie location is great! They take care of us every time very well. The new manager was already there for a good time and she did a great job. Their employees are all very accommodating and they do not shy away from eating. My wife is especially at her food, especially at her ribs, and they will always make sure that she becomes good and tender. So far we are very happy with our Dickeys and I hope that this will not change soon!

I placed my order through the app which allows for selecting a pickup date. I always choose the earliest option since I usually order while already in the car. I opted for curbside pickup and this restaurant has designated pickup spots clearly marked before the entrance, along with a phone number to call upon arrival. After checking in on the app, a simple call notifies the staff of your presence and they promptly bring out your order. The staff is friendly and the process is efficient. Voir le carte
