Service atmosphere were TOP NOTCH. The food though was so, so. The shrimp were fried WAY TOO much, like little curled pebbles. The burger patty wasn't cooked through all the way. The ceaser salad's lettuce seemed a bit wilted, that was the 1st thing I tried eating. My husband and I came to watch the Jags beat the Colts. We had an amazing server named Emma. She was very personable, kind, thoughtful and caring. She continually asked us if there was anything she could do for us. She wanted to make sure our food was cooked to our liking. Our drinks were refilled before we were halfway through with them. She refreshed our ice. She offered us a dessert and gave us some great recommendations. Emma introduced us to Lex, another server We will be back, because of Emma and Lex. They made our trip to Dick's.

Came in after the lunch rush, 1ish sat myself waited to be seen. A regular sat behind me and within 5 seconds of him sitting down a waitress showed up. Also would like to mention there was only three tables when I came in . Finally waitress came to get my order took roughly 30 minutes to get the lunch special which was five boneless wings and waffle fries, the chicken was cold not lukewarm cold !!!!! I don't know why I keep coming here because every time I come here it's a disappointment we need a better wing place in Callahan because Dick's totally sucks!!!??

Dicks wings is a family favorite as that's where my husband and I first met, years ago. We stumbled upon this location while visiting a friend and had to go eat there. This location wasn't too busy but definitely appeared to be understaffed. The waitress was nice and seemed to be the only one working the whole front of the house. So, we didn't fret much when a couple of things were forgotten or slow to be refilled. The food, however, took over an hour to prepare. We anticipated being there for about an hour total with how quickly we ordered, but we ended up being there a little over 2 hours.
