(1) Made reservations online (through their website) but when arriving at the restorante was informed by receptionist that my name was not on the reservation list. Was told : We seldom check our online presence, sir . Hmmm...Luckily, we were able to be seated at a table anyhow. (2) Food was reasonable but not upscale Italian. Nothing to write home about. Our table was not serviced with bread and the standard olive oil tray whereas all others were. No water was offered. And now the kicker... (3) We ordered an appetizer for both of us and one entree to split. Waitress swiftly told us there would be an extra service charge of 4$ to bring a second plate. She must have seen our utterly surprise for hearing this since the manager came over immediately to explain. Be aware that this extra charge is standard in the restaurant industry he sternly affirmed. Here is where the shoe pinches: An extra service charge for a split menu item is often applied by UPSCALE restaurants where the chef prepares both plates so they look alike when served. Nothing qualifies this establishment as such. People were dining dressed in shorts, t-shirts, flip-flops and even wearing base-ball caps..and it would cost me $4 to have an extra plate on the table here?!? Although the interior of the resto is quite nice and the live music is pleasant, Diecis will not be an arrividerci for us."

Our server was not very attentive and took a long time to assist us. My entree did not match its description, and considering the price, it wasn't worth it. We gave it a shot, but we won’t be returning.

Dinner took a long time to arrive, and even our drinks and appetizer took quite a while! When we finally received our food, I had to send mine back because it was either undercooked or just not good. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. It's a shame because the atmosphere was nice and the entertainment was really enjoyable!

We caught the entertainment night, dancing couples old singers and 20 people who have seen the best time everyone in a long time. The food was authentic fantastic Italian . Some may not like half the restaurant enjoying the music as much as the food. My wife and I felt the joy of all those who were great service. We're staying in Innsbruck and we're going to dinner. We tried both local restaurants, if you can't say anything good, don't say anything.

We caught entertainment night , dancing ,local couple oldies singers and 20 people having the best time I have seen anyone have in a long time . The food was authentic awesome Italian . Some may not have liked half the restaurant enjoying the music as much as the food . My wife and I felt the joy from all who were there , great service .
