"The chicken I received was still covered in feathers, which was quite off-putting. Although they list several appetizers on the menu, it seems they are never available. I ordered passion fruit juice, but they were out of that as well, so I chose mixed fajitas, only to be told they were out of shrimp. When I asked about the soups, it was clear they didn't have the mondongo or seafood options either. On a brighter note, Yensi was very helpful and patient with us. She did her best to assist and answered all my questions about the menu items. However, I personally won’t be coming back. It’s no surprise they only have a 3-star rating; their service seems to be declining, and overall, the experience was quite disappointing."

Here’s what you get for a $2.00 side order of beans: it’s quite disappointing.

I waited an hour for the pupusas, and it took another 20 minutes to get our drinks.

I’m not usually a fan of cilantro and forgot to ask for it to be omitted, but these tacos were so delicious that I barely noticed the cilantro at all. Voir le carte

I find it a bit odd that they close at 1 AM during the week but stay open later on weekends. It would be more convenient if their hours were consistent. Nonetheless, the food is excellent!

My colleague had high hopes for Diner Latino based on glowing recommendations, but sadly, it fell short. The place was not very clean, the service was frustratingly slow, and the food was bland—only palatable when smothered in hot sauce. Overall, it was a major letdown.

I waited over an hour for my food—by far the worst service I've ever experienced. I will NEVER come back here. Every time I asked if my order was ready, despite being told it would take 30 minutes, I was met with excuses while people who arrived after me were served first. Voir le carte

Terrible experience. How can they serve a dish without noticing they're using rotten avocado? I ordered a Baliada and it tasted awful—the avocado was black. It’s unbelievable how people waste their money here. They can’t even cook a Pupusa Loca properly—it was raw! They should just remove it from the menu. If I could give zero stars, I would.

If you're looking to save time, I recommend steering clear of this restaurant. I waited over an hour for my order, and when I realized it hadn't even been addressed, I asked for my bill, which only included two soft drinks. When I went to pay at the counter, the staff member refused to accept my card because my total was less than $10. Ultimately, they charged me anyway since I didn't have cash. Without a doubt, this is the worst place I've ever experienced.

"Highly recommend Sweet Peaz Southern Kitchen! The food is served fresh and hot. We were a party of eight and ordered Fried Whiting with Yams and Mac n Cheese, Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, Fried Shrimp, French Fries, and Collard Greens. The Sweet Potato Waffles were absolutely delicious! The fried chicken, shrimp, and fish were cooked perfectly and tasted as good as they looked. The seasoning was just right—not too salty, allowing the flavors to shine. The yams and collards were a real treat for the taste buds. And the cornbread? Simply amazing. My only disappointment was that the first taste was free (haha). The Mac n Cheese was decent, but the Chicken Tenders didn’t quite live up to their name; however, they did remake them for us to take home. The space is small and simple, with old-school music that adds to the enjoyable dining experience. They limit dining to one hour to ensure everyone can enjoy the food, which I appreciate—I dislike when people linger for too long when others are waiting. The staff were friendly, making us feel valued and appreciated. Prices are reasonable. One downside was that many items were unavailable, including grits—which was a big letdown since I was looking forward to the famous Shrimp and Grits—as well as butter, potato salad, seafood salad, and tartar sauce. I recommend calling ahead if you’re craving a specific dish. Despite this, it was a great dining choice and lived up to the positive reviews. Overall, we left satisfied and would gladly return. Parking is street parking only, as there’s no dedicated lot."
