"As someone from California, I can't say enough good things about this place! It takes you back to simpler times, where there's no loud music—just a room full of friendly conversations. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, thanks to the cheerful staff. The food is absolutely delicious, with everything on the menu priced under $8. The highlight of the evening was the live accordion music, which had everyone singing along! Thank you for such a wonderful experience; it made my day!"

"A panini is typically made with grilled ciabatta, rosetta, or other types of Italian bread. However, Jitters' version is simply multigrain bread that's toasted, which doesn't truly qualify as a panini. What you end up with is a rather bland egg on toast. On a positive note, the coffee was enjoyable, but I wouldn't recommend ordering a panini since you won't actually receive one. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4."

"I visited this restaurant for lunch on a Wednesday. It was refreshing to find a fast food place that is adequately staffed, where the employees genuinely care about the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I was impressed with the three-piece chicken strip meal, which is a fantastic value at just $8 plus tax. Overall, a great experience for a lunch dine-in!"

"Had an absolutely wonderful culinary experience at Elmerz tonight. The menu was easy to navigate with a large selection of dishes. My friend tried the special (the best rib on the 1st Saturday of the month), which was delicious. Another friend had a burger, while I went with the Taco salad. Although the prices were a bit high, our server, Mackenzie, was very friendly, bubbly, and attentive. She even accommodated our requests for Guacamole with my salad and unattended and unsalted fries for my friend. Our drinks were refilled multiple times and Mackenzie took the time to chat with us without neglecting any of her other tables. Overall, a great experience."

"I'm here staying at the Palmer House Hotel in Sauk Rapids, March 29-31. First of all, I'll tell you that nothing happened for me during my stay. They must be trying to cut back, save on their utility bills because the heat is definitely turned off. It's a total ice box here! I wish I would've know how cold it is here, I would have packed a sweater or hoody. I'm staying in a suite, so the heat only heats the front room. We were so cold sleeping I think we have sore throats. And, it's so cold in here my bathing suit isn't drying from sitting in the jacuzzi. Brrrrr!!! I'm not the only one complaining about being so cold either. They've got their wording/titling all wrong. The restaurant should be the cafe. In their bar they serve restaurant food, so that should be the restaurant. Make sure to pay attention to all the different serving times. No snacks available. Nothing in town or around to purchase anything. Make sure you bring everything that you want or need. The jacuzzi in our suite only fits two people. No one literally sits at the front desk/Check in. If you have questions or need something, good luck finding someone. In the so called restaurant that should be the cafe, they hide out in the back. The bar is only open during the evening/night. It's kinda fun like a bed and breakfast, just minus the free breakfast part. The food choices are slim. The food wasn't that great. We drove around to try to find a different place to eat at for something different, nothing at all. You're forced to eat here. Unless you want McDonald's which is up by the freeway. Free panty liners all over in case you get your period. Free unwrapped q-tips. Not sure how many filthy fingers have touched these or how many times they've been on the floor. Gross. They're missing the free tubes of lotion. I gave a two star rating because for me, it was more just a weekend getaway to relax. I wasn't really expecting to see any ghosts. I am highly disappointed that it's so freaking cold though! I was not impressed at all and do not recommend staying here."
