"We live nearby and often visit VP. I love the unique items that you can't find elsewhere, such as raw sugar, their own brownie and cookie mixes, and very affordable spices. The deli meats are better priced than at other places. The hot bar and salad bar are great additions, making it a convenient spot for both groceries and dining. You can choose to eat in the dining room or take your meal to go. At the deli, we appreciate the option to order made-to-order hot sandwiches. They also serve ice cream and milkshakes with generous portions! I’m a big fan of their wide selection of packaged nuts, chocolates, snacks, and more. There's also a section for specialty homemade canned goods. The store truly has a lot to offer—many visitors come to Tyrone just to experience it. The staff is always super friendly, and during off-hours, many of them engage in kind acts for members of the community, especially the elderly. The only downside is that some grocery items can be quite pricey, which is understandable for a small store, and occasionally, the produce isn't as fresh. However, the benefits far outweigh these drawbacks. Consider their catering services or the rental of the event room above the store; they offer a lot to the community!"

"The ambiance was the only positive aspect of this restaurant. Unfortunately, our server seemed more interested in her phone than in attending to our table. It took 43 minutes for our food to finally arrive after placing our order. I ordered a burger with fries cooked medium, but it came out well done. The fries were described as fresh cut, but appeared to be frozen and were cold. The beer cheese that came with the fries looked like it had been sitting out overnight. Overall, the food was mediocre at best. I do not recommend dining here. Keep driving and find another restaurant to eat at."

"Such a great hidden gem! My husband and I always love to stop by. The food coffee is always awesome and the vibe is pleasant. "Best Burger King Ever !!! My wife and I rolled through heading back home to Nashville on Thursday 10/12. We were five minutes late for breakfast, but they allowed us to order and even provided extra hash browns at no request. I know they were just getting rid of them since breakfast was over, but they loaded up our bag instead of throwing them away. We travel a lot for business, and Burger King on the road is a small treat for us. This was THE BEST we have experienced nation wide ! Keep it up Burger King Tyrone PA !!!"

"When i visited two years ago, after visiting Gardners candies, was looking for a pizza joint to establish in Tyrone. Granted it was during the pandemic. their menu was limited and ordered a simple pepperoni and sausage. wanted wings, there were none;wanted unsweetened tea, there was none; tried to order root beer, there was none; ended up with a coca-cola. Depite the waitstaff was friendly, not having the items we originally requested put a damper on things. i just might stop by and give themanother shot, but the chances of that are slim to none. Who knows what time will tell?"
