Everything began on a positive note. The waitress seemed quite busy, but the food was fantastic. However, it took more than 20 minutes to get her attention for my check. I'm still waiting to settle my bill...

The service is excellent, though it can be a bit slow when the restaurant is busy. The food is fantastic, particularly their Cream of Crab soup! The view of the Pocomoke River is breathtaking. My family always enjoys stopping by Dockside for a meal.

This is the best place for crushes on Delmarva! Unlike other spots that taste artificial, the drinks here are freshly squeezed. I tried the orange creamsicle and strawberry lemonade crushes alongside my strawberry crème cake. The sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Absolutely amazing!!! My partner ordered the cheesesteak while I had the fried chicken BLT. Take my advice and try the crabby fries—save some of the crab meat and cheese to add to the BLT. It’s delicious and massive! The location is right on the water, so you can easily arrive by boat. This was our family's first visit, and we will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. My wife and I enjoyed the crab burgers, which were absolutely delicious. We also ordered the clam dish as an appetizer and loved it, though we could have used a bit more bread for dipping in the sauce. On March 5, 2022, we returned and brought some family along. We had a fantastic time, with great food and excellent service.

I ordered the crab cake Caesar salad, which came with a generous amount of dressing. The crab cake itself was exceptional—flavorful and light. I had requested it to be broiled, and it was cooked perfectly. The dreamcicle crush drink is also a must-try. Our waitress, who had ginger hair, was fantastic and really knew her stuff. We enjoyed our time sitting by the water indoors, but there was definitely not enough outdoor seating, despite the available space. They had a DJ, which was alright, but the music was too loud; I felt like I was in a nightclub rather than having dinner. The food itself was good, and we each ordered an appetizer. Here’s a suggestion: Covid is behind us, folks. It felt more like a takeout place, with plastic cutlery and our food served in to-go containers, even the soup, which tasted nice but wasn’t hot. I gave this restaurant three stars for the delicious sweet potato fries. The pretzel also looked fantastic, and the view was lovely. However, my daughter ordered a cheeseburger and found it tasted off. I would definitely avoid ordering seafood here; the fish was dry and stringy, and the crab had an unpleasantly strong fishy flavor. I'm not sure whether the issue lies with the cook or the quality of the seafood. Additionally, be aware that there's an extra charge for fries instead of chips, making my daughter's meal—cheeseburger, fries, and a drink—total $25.

We have visited this restaurant before and found it to be much better in the past. Unfortunately, our experience today was disappointing in both service and food quality. We ordered the beef sandwich and the crab/lobster flatbread special. The sandwich did not come with the advertised house-made chips, and the beef was overcooked. As for the flatbread, it was quite unpalatable—the crabmeat had an unpleasantly fishy taste, and if there was lobster, it tasted old.
