Don Luis - Carte

This is the best Mexican food in town. Some plates in the menu are ok. Very small menu and food never taste the same week to week. Not only that, the service is also very sad. I'm sorry this happened in such a big place where you could go to eat AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD

Our favorite place for Date Night. We love the enchiladas de carnitas and carnitas street tacos. Juicy tasteful pork that cannot be beaten. Generous portion sizes can be filled with residues depending on the appetite. Great service and experience that never disappointed.

We thought the food was delicious. We had an appetizer called the Trio. Oh wow, the queso! It's fantastic. We had the bacon wrapped shrimp and the pork rice bowl. So good. Comfortable environment, great food, good prices. We're going back. Recommend with both thumbs up. ? Voir le carte

Was visiting Billings and wanted to try Don Luis and SO glad I did! It was delicious...I had three different dips then the seafood enchiladas... they were amazing and the sauce on the enchiladas was...wow!!! A little disappointed that they couldn't serve spirits but totally worth a visit!!!

We are the two patrons that were there at the same time Lan Man was. And he is dead on accurate. The waitress was unfriendly. The chips were stale. The fajitas were extremely bland. I have been dining at Don Luis for years, and in my opinion, it’s the best restaurant in town. Luis works his magic with a unique flair that guarantees you won’t be disappointed, no matter what you order. Carmen is a joy to be around and truly enhances the experience. It feels like everyone there is part of one big family.

The food at Don Luis is absolutely fantastic. Everything I've tried has been great, especially during lunchtime when the prices are reasonable for the generous portions. Dinner prices are slightly higher, but they are comparable to other restaurants. I eat here often and plan to keep coming back. Don Luis is a hidden gem amidst the array of low-quality chain restaurants in Billings.

We were greeted promptly and seated right away. To start, we ordered the chips with a trio of dips: creamy hot queso, fresh guacamole, and zesty salsa. Each person at our table chose something different, and everyone was delighted with their selections. I ordered the chili relleno entrée, which I use as my benchmark for evaluating a Mexican restaurant. Don Luis did not let me down. The chili was fresh, filled with just the right amount of cheese, and topped with an exceptional homemade sauce. And let me tell you, the Mexican rice on the side is not just a supporting player; it has an unexpectedly amazing flavor!
