Never judge a book by the cover! This food was sooooo good I could have cried! Eggs Florentine....WOW!

Delicious food at great prices! This is an excellent spot for breakfast with a wide variety of options. The chicken fried steak is particularly tasty and really satisfying. They’re also open on Sundays, and parking is a breeze.

Delicious little hole in the wall, I got the chicken waffle and my husband got the crepe matin (crepe stuffed with meat, egg and cheese) and both were great. We sat down right away and the food took about 25 mins to come out but it was well worth the wait.

If you're searching for a diner that isn't a tourist trap, this place might be just what you need. Situated in a combined strip mall, Donnie's (referred to as D's on Zomato) was our second choice after we couldn't get into the touristy Billy Gail's. Must visit Donnie's while in the Branson area. The food is great and the service is always good the food is always cooked to perfection. My family and I have been eating at this little diner for over two decades and we would recommend Donnie's to anyone that would like a home cooked meal and a beautiful but busy smiling server. And it is also a very clean place. Leave the fancy duds at home and go as you are and enjoy good company and excellent food.

We were passing by and decided to stop for breakfast. It turned out to be fantastic! The sausage was especially delicious! There were six of us in the family, and each person ordered something different. Everyone agreed that we’ve found our go-to breakfast spot in the Branson area. It's conveniently located not far from Silver Dollar City, so we enjoyed our breakfast and then headed to SDS. This is definitely a great place for breakfast, and we plan to make it a tradition!

We visited Donnie's Diner a few times and found the food acceptable for a quick breakfast. However, after our most recent experience, we will not be returning. While we were dining, my wife noticed a cockroach crawling on the wall next to her. We were quite far from the kitchen, and if there are cockroaches this far away from food preparation areas, I can only imagine how bad things must be closer to the kitchen. This is the second restaurant in this area that we've encountered that seems to have serious health code violations (the other was Parmesan's Pizza).
