Doubletree By Hilton

I have stayed here few times, but on this occasion I came from a delayed flight and missed baggage. They cancelled my hotel booking which was fully paid for 7 days. Staff had no empathy and asked me to wait over 5 hours for a room. This is not a standard you expect at HiltonService: 1/5

Izzy the front desk hostess was the best, the greatest, just super. I was having a very bad day she made me smile with her cheerful attitude and she gave me a cookie! As for the hotel, it was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable, as was the rest of the property. I have a burger in the restaurant which was very good and the service was very good. Over all a wonderful hotel.

I was here on a business trip and had a fantastic stay. I’ve never stayed at a doubletree before but have stayed at other Hilton properties. The staff was probably some of the best I’ve interacted with, very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were pretty clean, I had no issues at all. Whoever cleaned my room in the mornings did an excellent job restocking and cleaning. Definitely recommend! Voir le carte

Although the rooms need updating to new Double Tree standards, the cookie the staff make up for what’s lacking. The dining crew team with Leny, Dora Juan is super. Always welcoming and accommodating to any needs. The other day, I wanted an omelette, and the cook had yet not arrived, since the dining area had a temporary slow moment, Leny, became the chef made an awesome omelette for me. That’s the service that I am talking about. Stay there and you will see the great the staff is.

Had a pleasant stay. It is very close to US 1. Service was way too good. The rooms were impressive. You need to pay for the breakfast. The rooms are spacious; clean crisp sheets. Had a pleasant smell entering in. Toilets were clean. The rooms comes with a small refrigerator, microwave and a safe. And a work table. The hotel has a decent size pool and a make shift gym. Looks like they are renovating the current gymnasium. They welcome with you water and send you off with delicious cookies. Worth every penny you pay. Had a pleasant stay

This is the worst place in the Princeton area. The rooms have a foul odor, and the entire hotel staff is unresponsive to requests. They do not acknowledge lifetime members. The hotel smells and appears like it has never been cleaned. Even though I am a lifetime Diamond member, they charged me for a bottle of water. The management is just as disappointing. My advice is to avoid this creepy, greedy hotel at all costs. The manager is not accountable and has never returned my calls. I needed a location between MetLife Stadium and Medford, NJ, and selected this hotel for a 3-night stay. Overall, I was very pleased with the accommodations and the staff were very pleasant and helpful! The room was spacious, comfortable and the shower was great. I was disappointed in the size of the TV (a bit small compared to the average hotel room these days) and the laundry service as the machine uses an app and after I downloaded it and added money, the dryer didn't work. There's ample parking and when I was there, someone was holding a celebration in one of the rooms so it can be a very busy environment.

While the rooms could use some updates to meet modern DoubleTree standards, the staff truly compensate for any shortcomings. The dining team, including Leny, Dora, and Juan, is exceptional—always warm and accommodating to all requests. Recently, I wanted an omelette, but the cook hadn't arrived yet. During a brief lull in the dining area, Leny stepped up and made an amazing omelette for me. That’s the kind of service that stands out. If you stay here, you'll quickly notice how wonderful the staff is. As for food and drinks, the on-site restaurant and bar make it convenient to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner without having to go off-site.

Staying at the Doubletree by Hilton Princeton July 29th, 2023. I am staying here for work. My room is on the 6th floor. My first night i went to take a shower and the shower had hair for the previous guests. Fine, I rinsed the shower out. Next I start my work at the work desk and after 10mins I see ants crawling around my notebooks and laptops. Fine, I wipe them down. This continues for the next 3hrs. Super annoying. I give up go to bed. The next morning 9am I check my laptop for emails and what do I find...... a freaking mound of small ants! I call the front desk they and let them know. They aren't apologetic for the bugs. They say they will send someone up to take care of it....45min no on... Voir le carte
