Fast and fresh donuts , muffins and more. Even my dog was happy with his free surprise.

Nice to dine in with my son and enjoy a treat. Very busy Sunday morning, but friendly staff.

Waiting in drive thru. Pulled upto the order board and was told be right with you. Sat there for 3 minutes and no one took my order. Couldn't back.out because there was a line. So decided to pull around and sat there for several more minutes because there were 2 cars at the window.

This facility always has something broken. The steamer is broken AGAIN today so no lattes, no cappuccinos, etc. it’s truly the worst business in Kittanning. The staff is clueless and the turnover is extremely high. Close it down and bring in a business that knows how to run its branches. Voir le carte

I went to visit family and ordered a medium iced coffee with skim milk, mocha swirl, and sugar. What I received was a watery drink with sugary mocha syrup. There was no coffee flavor at all. I have ordered this drink from other locations before, but this was the worst. My husband was also not happy with the pumpkin spice cold brew he ordered.

I went through the drive-thru at the kittanning pa location on 22 December to order some donuts and munchkins. After I put my norse over the loudspeaker, the employee tells me that they only have 5 total munchkins left, and two aromes of donuts from which I can choose. this has happened to me and my family several times at this place, they run from donuts or munchkins at 10 o'clock and they do nothing else for the rest of the business day. this location closes at 8 o'clock, so I'm not sure why they do this, but as the only donut shop in the city you would think they want all the shops they could get.

I've never personally had a problem with this Dunkin' location other than the lack of glazed munchkins from time to time. My coffee is always made correctly and in a timely manner. The drive thru is a little on the slow side in the morning sometimes butthat is due to the large amount of people and how busy they are. I worked for and managed Dunkin' locations for 4 years and knowexactly how to order for the best outcome.. I know the menu, the products, and exactly what I want. Slower times are typically(not always. There are plenty of times it is the employees or lack there of) due to customers not knowing what they want or notunderstanding what they are ordering.
