"I visited this Dunkin' to order food and coffee, but the cashier informed me that she couldn't take my order due to the busy drive-thru and that walk-in customers weren't a priority. After stepping outside, I saw that there was only one car in the drive-thru. I don't plan on going back there."

The service was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly during my visit! I really appreciate the app. It was a great help. The food was also delicious!

The coffee is consistently under-sweetened and not mixed well. Many days, employees can be heard chatting instead of working while in the car. They seem to prefer sitting over being productive. Voir le carte

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. This Dunkin' is typically on point, but today, a fly unexpectedly flew out of my watch wrap pocket. It was quite surprising!

The coffee is consistently not sweet enough and isn’t mixed properly. Most days, the staff at the drive-thru is difficult to hear. It feels like they would rather lounge around than attend to customers. Overall, the coffee experience is disappointing and unsatisfactory.

"Decided to visit this place for the first time. The place was completely emptied. We waited patiently for anyone to greet us. As we walked in, young teenager putting sodas in the fridge, no acknowledgement. Continued to walk in, another employee behind the counter... we wait, nothing, no acknowledgement, no greeting. An older man on the grill, we waited, again, no acknowledgement. After employee numer 4 walked by, clearer saw us (plus, she saw us outside as we pulled up) and again, seeing inside she did not acknowledge as she walked across. It was then that we decided to leave. We felt as if we were not wanted there. Sad."

"I tried to give this place a chance after hearing so many positive reviews.The first time I ordered online for delivery, my order was placed and my debit card was immediately charged…all to receive a message afterward that “my order did not go through and I would need to select a different time”. I called the restaurant and explained that they still charged my card although I wasn’t getting any food out of it, and the manager told me that she had “no way of knowing if I was like a lot of liars in the world and therefore couldn’t trust me” to even continue listening to my questions about receiving my refund. I was told that my only choice was to wait 1 to 3 days for a refund and if I didn’t get one to call back. Having also been a manager before, I can say wholeheartedly that her negative approach to the situation from the start was not in accordance with good business. Her words lost this place a prospective customer for good."

"Probably the best diner of all time. Amazing staff and waitresses. Greeted me and my partner at the door. I got the eggs. Bacon and potatoes breakfast which was absolutely tasty. Food is cheap and not that expensive for a diner. Everyone should at least try this place. "Ordered a meat lover's pizza and the steak was burnt. They told us it would take 30 minutes. We got there early and while we were there no one ever checked the pizza to see if it was done until I asked if it was done when it has already been over 30 minutes. The excuse I got for the burnt steak was they were using a new brand of steak. Unacceptable!! Will never order another meat lover's pizza from them.
