"Saturday late morning was my first time visiting. The dinning area was dirty and slow, but the drive thru was busy. The only cleaning done was by a young woman with a spray bottled that misted me while I placed my order. Later I noticed that she was spraying even the food and coffees that were on the counter being prepared by other servers.There were three other female scratching their hairs, arm pits and even private area as my family and stood in line. The only good experience was the male cashier who offered me a seasonal flavor for my cappuccino which tasted good. Our drinks and sandwiches were served separately. Not as a complete order. Another young man offered to complete my order but unfortunate for me the spraying server girl handed it to me. He seemed rude in defense of the spraying girl since he had no clue as to why I was annoyed with her. She seemed to act as though she was the only one who knew what she was doing but was sincerely wrong. I will not revisit despite living so close by. I'm considering calling the health department since we don't know how many people have been eating and drinking cleaning solutions thanks to Miss Efficiency. I'd recommend people that notice the same to call and report it to the health department. The reason the management is not a good option is because their first instinct is to defend their staff rather than observe and correct."

Very slow and they mess up orders all the time. Plus the inside is closed and it then backs up the drive thru.

If you want an inconsistent cup of coffee this is the place to go! Whether it's cold or hot it's almost never good. The quality ranges from meh to bleh. I don't know if management trains it's workers to cut back on ingredients or uses old coffee but it always tastes worse from this store

I've been coming to dunkin for years. The staff here is great despite how understaffed they are. There is clearly a lack of customer service and poorly ran management efforts. I always do online orders, but honestly what is the point if you have your doors locked and have to wait in line 20min?

Worst Dunkin ever, the past 4 times I went there my order was wrong. So done with this branch. Phillipsberg here I come. This location has some quality control issues. It is not unusual for them to have almost no selection of donuts- like they're playing catch up. The double chocolate donut there is not right- it's a chocolate glazed donut with chocolate frosting so if that one matters to you, choose another location. I drove away today with a burned sandwich that fell apart in my hands and I couldn't eat it. Nice workers- but I am going to choose another location.

Absolutely the WORST Dunkin in my area hands down. Understanding the fact that they are short staffed, they are slow, rude, inconsistent, and severely untrained. You will never get the same drink twice. Asking for less of a flavor and getting half a cup of it is clearly intentional. I’ve witnessed the manager scream at the top of her lungs at her staff on multiple occasions.. in front of a store full of customers. It’s embarrassing and demeaning to say the least. It’s disappointing to spend that kind of money on their product to than get garbage handed to you in return.
