Dunkin' - Carte

I received an extra hot coffee with my order today, which was a pleasant surprise! My Original Blend Iced Coffee was also perfectly made. Everything was excellent!

I think this is probably the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to! The staff was super friendly. Paula at the counter did an amazing job and everything thing was perfect!

Large, clean, and quiet store with really nice staff. My cold brew was really good. Just beware that although there is a Dukin sign at the front of the mall, the actual store is around the corner on the side of the mall. Voir le carte

The cashier was fantastic, but unfortunately, the donuts were dry and inedible. I purchased both donuts and munchkins, and the munchkins were just as disappointing. Given the prices you charge, I expected better quality food. From now on, I’ll make my own.

My this place is quite larger than many other DD locations I've visited. It was a quick trip and the sandwich was great. It's a little confusing how the entrance is around back but next to the goodwill is another door under a big DD logo... But it is not for the DD.

Ordering ahead is so bad here. If they’re out of a type of donut you ordered, they’ll either just not give it to you or replace it with whatever they feel like with zero communication. It’s not a big deal to run out of an option, but it’s extremely frustrating to not even be told that you can’t get what you ordered and be given less than what you paid for. Voir le carte

I can't believe it, but I broke down in the drive-thru! Some customers were really nice and understanding, while others were just outright rude. However, the Dunkin' Donuts employees were incredible. One woman came out to check on me and offered to let me use their phone to call for help. Her kindness and smile really helped ease the unpleasant situation I found myself in. I wish I knew her name—she truly is the sweetest person. The world could really use more people like her!

I know this place has plenty of negative reviews, but I have only positive things to say! I placed a mobile order, and was slightly late to pick it up (5-10 min). Because of this, the sweet cold foam was dissolved, and even though it was my fault, they offered to add more for me! Then, they'd forgotten the donut I ordered, and had to go grab it super quick. It took less than 30 seconds, but the sweet lady working there still gave me an extra! In both cases, the service went above what I would've ever expected. (and I didn't notice any bitterness to my coffee, despite what I read in my review, so do with that what you will)

I really enjoy Dunkin' Donuts, but my experience yesterday was quite disappointing. I placed an order through the app and when I arrived, I went to the drive-thru to pick it up. I informed the girl at the speaker that I was there to collect my order and provided my name. After driving to the window, I repeated that I was there for my app order and gave my name again. She appeared confused and handed me an iced coffee that I hadn’t ordered. I returned it, explaining it wasn’t mine. Since my order wasn’t ready yet, I asked for a water and handed her my card to pay. She charged me over $12, then told me she needed to get her supervisor. When the supervisor arrived, she refunded my money but wit... Voir le carte
